spacious，a very new hotel sit in a mountain, convenient to locations

The hotel is located in the most beautiful area of Unazuki Onsen, especially the river-view rooms, where you can see the red bridge from the window. The staff speak English well. Dinner is good but not very varied, as most of the menu consists of sushi. The breakfast queue is too long, but the selection is good, with a variety of sashimi. The Wi-Fi is poor. I couldn’t use it during my stay at the hotel.

The room I booked had an absolutely beautiful view — I loved it very much. It was spacious, and the hotel itself is large and impressive. The onsen was also excellent and very enjoyable. However, the main drawback was the dinner and breakfast. The meals did not match the promotional photos. For example, the advertisement showed crab legs, but there were none during my stay. The sashimi selection was also quite limited. Considering that this is the Toyama area by the sea, I was surprised that there was not much seafood available. There was not even salmon sashimi, which was disappointing. If the hotel could improve and expand the food selection, it would be perfect. It truly has the potential to be the best hotel in Unazuki Onsen.

The rooms are spacious with beautiful views and clean, but one-third of the rooms we booked were the wrong ones. However, we complained and eventually received the correct rooms. The staff speaks good English, the onsen is good, and the atmosphere is great. The food is average but varied.

Very beautiful hotel

Very nice hotel. Convenient location, nice onsen. The only draw back was the coffee, very bad taste.

Loved the amenities and super friendly staffs. They allowed us to park our rental car at the parking lot without charge while we explored kurobe gorge and alphine route despite having checked out. Nice onsen too.

One of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed in! Onsens were great and not too crowded. We were offered a free ride to the station without prior booking. Buffet dinner was really tasty and one of the better ones I've had.

This hotel is incredible. The Ryokan-style room was massive, super clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the bridge—the main highlight of the area! We booked the dinner buffet and it was totally worth it. There were so many delicious options; we definitely overindulged! Overall, I absolutely loved it. Just a heads-up: it’s much more convenient if you have a car to drive in, as it’s a bit out of the way

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good. There were a large variety of dishes, and they were replenished quickly. The staff was polite and professional in dealing with the guests. As we didn't want housekeeping services on the second day of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised when a box with all the daily amenities was delivered to our room. It was a well run hotel with thoughtful touches to make the guests feel at home.
