Vor einem Besuch im Hotel vorhin, als ich das Hotel angerufen habe, sagte ich, dass es gebe, weil ich ein Kind mitgebracht habe, das Zimmer wurde im Voraus geregelt, die Klimaanlage wurde auch im Voraus geöffnet. Die Kinder sind neugierig über die Roboter. Nach dem Aufenthalt haben sie ein spezielles Roboter für die Kinder ein Geschmack geschickt, der Service ist sehr angemessen, Die Umgebung im zweiten Stock ist gut, es gibt Leute, die miteinander schrieben. Die Bettwaren sind sehr sauber. Der Preis ist sehr gut. Am nächsten Tag liefen wir in der Nähe der alten Straße von Bahrain. Die Leute waren nicht sehr ruhig und Spaziergang war sehr komfortabel.

SSamson Fu HoOverall an enjoyable and relaxing one night stay at this tiny cosy hotel in Zhouzhuang, for our final leg of our 6 days Suzhou trip. We took a didi over to Zhouzhuang, which was faster and cheaper than I expected, just a little over half an hour.
The hotel staff called me the day before to arrange for pick-up near the watertown ticket office. Actually I can't speak Mandarin and their English wasn't too good but we ended up chatting on Wechat as Wechat has a built-in translate function in their chat.
So, 15 minutes before we arrive, we just had to let them know on Wechat. And the staff is already waiting for us, helped us with the luggage and guided us through the ticket buying process.
You do have to pay for the ¥100 RMB ticket to get into the watertown and the ticket is good for 3 days. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the entrance.
I picked this hotel because it was right inside the watertown and it had the ancient Chinese interior, although all the amenities are modern, including a robust and high-tech Kohler smart toilets in each bathroom.
There is a nice coffee shop inside the hotel and the coffee shop owner is friendly and takes his coffee craft seriously. The hotel gives you 2 free drinks during your stay and the coffee menu is quite extensive. If the hotel rooms are not booked on that day, we are told the hotel opens their doors to coffee customers.
The hotel owner is actually younger than I expected so I am impressed she meticulously created this authentic experience and the attention to detail. She was friendly and helpful and was open to accommodating our needs.
We booked the entire 2nd floor, which was 3 bedrooms and we had 6 adults in our group. This tiny hotel only has 3 bedrooms so if you booked all 3 rooms, you pretty much get the entire hotel to yourselves which include the first floor which is spacious and comfy.
When I visit Zhouzhuang again, I am looking forward to stay here again. It's certainly not cheap, but you do get what you pay for - which is people passionate about hospitality (in a Chinese way) and also a hygiene and staying experience that is certainly up to international standards.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Das kleine Fitnesszimmer, die Kraft arabisch kann zufrieden sein. Besonders beglückwünschen Sie das kleine Restaurant, die Eierblätter und die Tee-Suppe sind unverhältnismäßig, ich trinke zwei Tee-Suppe und vier Eierblätter ein Mal und habe ein zufriedenes Frühstück. Die Tante des Restaurants hat nicht zu viel kalt gebraten, aber die Tee-Industrie, die muss gefragt werden, ist sehr komfortabel für mich wie ich.

SShuiguobaiDas Kind kam nach der Prüfung und sagte, dass es ging und ging. Trip.com war der höchste Rating für das Kunshan Hotel. Daher erlebte es eine Nacht mit der Idee, die ich versuchte, zu sehen, die Familie nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist neu, von der Halle in den Elefantenschrank in das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und sehr ruhig und unkompliziert. Die Rezeption ist sehr nett, und es gibt drei Fenster, die den Zimmertyp und die Stockwerke auf die oberen Räume erhöhen und am nächsten Tag die Sonnenaufnahme sehen 🌄 Überraschung. Das Zimmer ist voller intelligenter High-Tech-Technik, nicht zu bewegen, die Größe kontrolliert fast die Lichtfenster. Schließlich bestellte das Kind den Verkauf, das ist der Roboter 🤖 Erst anrufen und sagen, dass der Verkauf ankommt und dann den Roboter an die Tür des Zimmers schickt, und das Kind war über die Hälfte des Tages aufgeregt. Das Fitnessraum ist 24 Stunden offen. Am nächsten Morgen erhoben wir uns früh und gehen zum Frühstück. Das Buffet ist nicht schlecht, ist nicht mehr als fünf Sternenreich, aber es ist im Grunde auch. Der Austritt ist auch sehr bequem und die Service-Personal-Einstellung ist sehr gut. Hier ist es nahe dem Yangzhou-See und wird später überlegt werden.

- günstige Lage;
- Professional Crew (besonders dank David Wei, auf der Front Desk arbeiten - sehr hilfreich);
- Gut im Inneren.
- Große Zimmer mit allem, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen;
- Nice Stadtblick;
- Das Zimmer hat ein Trainingsrad, also keine Notwendigkeit, ins Fitnesszimmer zu gehen.

GGastnutzerLocation was perfect and also my initial consideration, right at the center of city. No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed it’s because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if you’re still using the bathroom! This needs serious attention as I have never encounter such scenarios before, in my entire life experience of travelings and staying in hotels. Never. Of course my booking came with the “late checkout privilege” so why the rush? Oh and they did offer an upgrade of room (when checking in) but, but with additional charges! Wondering if these misunderstandings were “intentional” or caused by miscommunication between the hotel management and platform, a sales technique? Please clarify: rewards enjoyable/ available after booking, if possible thank you
