這次入住，前台服務超暖心！剛到酒店，前台小賈熱情打招呼，辦理入住時，不僅效率高，還詳細介紹了酒店設施，甚至貼心詢問我是否有特殊需求。因我對睡眠環境敏感，前台特意為我安排了安靜的房間。晚上我急需打印資料，聯繫前台後，工作人員很快就幫我解決了。早餐也很好吃。退房時，同樣高效便捷，還主動詢問入住體驗。這樣從始至終的優質服務，遠超預期，讓我出差在外也能感受到家的温暖 ，下次出行，我肯定還選這兒！

前台員工很nice，贈送了飲料券，非常適合我這種愛睡懶覺就沒法吃早飯的人，直接去大堂吧兑換了一杯美式就能活一天。房間的佈局很時尚，進門就是半開放式衞生間，有女士喜歡的化粧台/化粧鏡，舒舒服服地坐着上粧，深得我心。升級了湖景房，靠窗的貴妃沙發正好看到對面公園的燈光夜景，房間還有免費酸奶和水果。不論服務，還是房間，這次的入住體驗非常棒。唯一提建議的是，因為是半開放式衞生間，淋浴間的玻璃門貼上磨砂紙的話私密性會更好。

The hotel's environment, facilities, and services all met my expectations, but a small incident during breakfast slightly tarnished the experience. Pros: Prime Location:The hotel is situated in the heart of Kunshan Development Zone, offering convenient transportation and a variety of shopping and dining options nearby. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:I stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious, modernly decorated, and equipped with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. - Warm and Attentive Service:From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were always smiling and provided warm, attentive service, making me feel at home. - Diverse Breakfast Options:** The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, all of which were tasty. Cons: Breakfast Service Needs Improvement:During breakfast, I found a strand of hair in my soy milk, which made me very uncomfortable. I immediately reported the issue to the restaurant staff, but unfortunately, the chef did not respond or offer to replace the soy milk or provide any other compensation. This handling of the situation left me very disappointed and affected my dining experience. Summary: Overall, the Crowne Plaza Kunshan is a good hotel with commendable environment, facilities, and services. However, the breakfast service needs improvement. Ich war beeindruckt von dem Zimmer im Hotel. Es war so geräumig und makellos sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Auch die Auswahl an Speisen im Hotel war wirklich gut. Es gab so viele chinesische und westliche Gerichte. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt dort wirklich genossen und würde es auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der nach einem tollen Hotelerlebnis in Kunshan sucht.

首先，我知道這家酒店開了很久…… 地理位置非常優越，周邊餐飲娛樂都是很便捷的，停車路面車庫都很方便。服務人員也是很及時熱情。早餐很豐富，還有小童遊樂區，衞生尚可吧，不能扣細節。房內的構造和設計和硬件其實都很贊。 不足之處：大堂進入幽冷～～ 電梯異常，有暫停使用的，有要刷卡進客層也有不用刷卡就可以進客層的。 沒有USP接口充電（但可以有插頭借用，挺好。） 窗紗破爛，壁紙起翹，被套破損…… 其實真的店老闆再努努力完全可以再長點房價啊……房內除了以上所述的軟件缺點外，其他都很硬啊。

The hotel was okay. For the price, it was a reasonable hotel. The towels and floor were a little dirty or just seemed dated, but they did offer disposable towels for purchase 15rmb a piece. The image is of a nice restaurant about a 9 minute walk away.

房間非常舒服，超級喜歡，住了好幾次了，每次都來這裏住，前台小姐姐都非常不錯，正常的要求都會同意，還給我免費升級了房間，我住的是朝小區的也不會吵，非常開心的體驗

Das Hotel wurde zum ersten Mal ausgewählt, und der Preis ist sehr hoch! Der Preis ist praktisch, der Service und die Einrichtungen sind jedoch nicht unbedeutend. Der Raum ist groß, die Lichtluft ist sehr gut, das Badezimmer ist trocken und ist unverfärbt. Das Hotel hat viele Frühstückssorten, ernährungsreich, der Rezeption-Junge ist sehr gut und ich habe wichtige Informationen drucken können, besonders vorsichtig, nicht speziell zu rennen, ich bin draußen. Das Wäschezimmer ist sehr bequem, sehr freundlich für die Reisenden, später Kunshan, wohnt sie auch zu Hause.

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.
