For Kunming this hotel is a fantastic pick as it’s got so much history- one of the oldest hotels made beautifully. Think extravagant 90s Vegas hotels (for those that know hah) The breakfast buffet is very good- has all you need and more even some Thai curry. It’s got a great selection of local specialties from their rice noodles to their rose petal jam and goat cheese. Omelette and egg station that’ll feed those nonadventurous friends 😆 I would choose to come back again just because for family and visiting purposes it’s very central, my elderly relatives would enjoy it as it’s on the lake and great for walks and exploring the area - military school museum and plenty of coffee shops. Plus fantastic for Jetlag you can wake up at 5 am and go for a run it’s only a mile around the lake!

It is an absolutely gorgeous hotel for the whole family! Super clean , the breakfast is super good with traditional rice noodle and all varieties. The room service is impeccable and especially the 管家team with Mr. He , 小鹏、阿娇、小俊、小泉, they have taken things a step further to exceed expectations! I Will definitely come back!

This is our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, has a lot of amenities and front desk is very friendly. Our room is clean, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of variety and delicious. We definitely will stay again and would strongly recommend to others.

Excellent location. Directly facing the Green Lake. Hotel's decoration is classic French. Room size is good but a bit run down. Shower is leaking water. Compare to other 5 stars foreign branded hotels, still got some distance to catchup. But do feel the heart of the management as they provide you with complimentary snacks and drinks (got beer). Also some dessert soup before sleep.

Exactly what was needed. Perfect location on the lake. Staff all excellent.

Lovely hotel very well located, spacious and clean room full of amenities (fresh fruit refill, good quality shampoo and conditioner), rooms are designed in early 20th century style. The green lake park is 100m away from the hotel. Highly recommended!

Old grand hotel next to Green Lake. Hotel room small for the price. No one to greet you at the front when arriving. Not happy I will probably not stay again.

This was an absolutely lovely stay. The room was clean, and when the staff cleaned the room while I was out, they went above and beyond, organizing everything, and everything perfect. The staff was fantastic and very attentive, especially Sherry Aaron (thank you so much for everything!). Location, staff, rooms were all wonderful. Highly recommend.

入住地理位置非常好的中維翠湖賓館，車一停下馬上就有迎賓小哥打開車門，並幫忙提行李指引到前台，前台美女帥哥個個熱情親切，給人的感覺十分温馨。入住酒店四晚，總體感覺酒店環境豪華高雅，各位員工迎面而來都會主動問好，客房服務打掃整潔乾淨，有極高的舒適感。特別要説的是，酒店每天會在玻璃罐中放入各種點心小零食，傍晚會送上寢前飲品、水果，非常暖心，有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店中餐廳環境優雅，菜餚美味可口，服務主動熱情，用餐非常愉快享受。最後要感謝預訂部小郭美女，在入住前一天主動電話聯繫此次入住有什麼需求，瞭解飛機到昆明時間，幫忙預訂晚餐。此次入住翠湖賓館非常滿意，間接反應出酒店管理非常到位。另外酒店馬路對面就是翠湖公園，早晚散步非常愜意，如有家人或親朋好友到昆明旅遊，一定建議入住翠湖賓館。

酒店地理位置極好 周邊景點都可以步行到達 雖然年代設施有些老 但衞生乾淨 就是浴缸對於長者來説多有不便 服務很不錯 每天送茶點和甜湯 也有求必應 感謝前台鄧新新 楊客潔 朱宇牧和尚志強的優質服務
