Sehr gute Wahl für einen frühen Flug. Der kostenlose Bus zum Airport war super pünktlich. Alles reibungslos.

Es war spät am Flughafen, also checkten wir in einem nahe gelegenen Hotel ein. Express-Hotel, kostengünstige Oh! Die Umgebung ist so lala, und das Bett ist groß genug! Genug, um die Kinder zum Schlafen zu bringen! Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr hoch! Der Service ist sehr gut, alle sind sehr höflich und es gibt Gegenbesuche, nicht schlecht, der Butler Xiaojian ist großartig!

Stayed here for a night for our flight home the following day. It was clean and the mountain view was very pleasant. The garden was enchanting and beautiful and I particularly love the roses.The breakfast was nice at an affordable price. The lady chef was exceptionally friendly too. The hotel manager was very friendly and allowed us to pick their apples at their garden.The only thing lacking was the amenities. Not easy to find a decent place to shop in our spare time. Highly recommended!👍

The room is big and clean , and the bathroom is okay . The staff is friendly . Pick up/ Drop off at the airport service is also good .

We touched down in Kunming at 2am and stayed overnight at Park Inn before catching our train to Lijiang the next day. The pickup service was free - after arriving at the airport, I called the hotel (via Trip.com internet call) and they gave me the driver’s WeChat to facilitate the pickup. The driver arrived within 20 min and sent us straight from the airport carpark to the hotel. The hotel was reasonably clean for a night’s stay and everything worked well! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The next morning we took a taxi to the train station, which took about 45 minutes. Overall an extremely convenient stay for those looking for a hotel near the airport!

The facilities are a bit old, good for one night stay and budget stay.

Upon arrival at airport, contacted the hotel for shuttle service to pick up. The message where to go and look for the shuttle service car are clear if you understand Chinese. The front counter staff is helpful and friendly. With her direction guided, we managed to find some nice and quick foods for dinner at nearby street. The next day departure shuttle service was also arrange in advance. In the morning, the front counter staff also ring us up to remind for the pick up timing.

We were visiting as we were transiting in Kunming to fly over to another Chinese city. Staff is welcoming and immediately arranged our pick up/drop off from the airport. Great service!

On the listing, it says free car service to/from the airport. We messaged the hotel and they could not provide the service for us. We had to book our own car service to the hotel. Upon arriving, the male receptionist did not properly list us for the morning shuttle service to the airport the following day. The shuttle was overbooked. Good thing thou that The female/ morning receptionist was very helpful. She booked us a hail riding car for our trip to the airport. Kudos to her.

Chose this hotel to sleep in when arriving at Kunming airport at 2am. Free pick-up was about all it has going for it. Service was weird. Calling them on the phone to get the driver to pick me up was unnecessarily unhelpful. I had to ask the airport concierge to speak to them to get them to understand I couldn't add them on WeChat can they just give me the exact location of the car/pick-up point. Then, at front desk, I was told my check-in with a passport would take some time, so they were going to check in the local guest behind me first. I am a solo female traveller at 2.30am, being made to go after some weird bloke who kept trying to talk to me. Don't think the front desk understands what kind of inconvenience they were putting me through and what safety means. Farewell the next morning at check-out was perfunctory. The room also smelt badly of cigarettes and the bathroom flooded when I took a shower.

Our flight arrived at 2 am, we prearranged for the hotel to pick us up. There was a bit of confusion about the location of meeting in the airport parking lot. I don't know why the driver didn't meet us at the arrival hall. The rooms are in good condition. The breakfast was good. It being spring the garden in the hotel was blooming.

As I said I often travel through Kunming so I love to select my hotel bear Kunming airport which is convenient with airport pick and drop service. This hotel is very good to take care all belongings and pick and droop to airport. Cleanness and services are satisfactory. Wish to live there again.
