As past reviews suggests, this hotel is a good place to rest if you’re arriving on a late flight. My family arrived to Kun Ming late at 2am but the hotel provides a 24/7 reception and airport transfer service. Use trip.com’a free internet call function to link up with the hotel & connect with them on WeChat! The reception manned by 小陈was very friendly and warm & gave us each a welcome gift ☺️ The hotel is new, so all the facilities were modern, new and very clean! The rooms were also very spacious and the beds were really comfy. However, the room was a tad cold, and there didn’t seem to have a heating function.

Receptionist was nice enough to get me another room card when one of my friends was still out late!

Very clean and modern rooms. Given a mandarin orange and local desserts during check in. And yes, they do have food delivered to your room by robots Highly recommended if you have a short layover in Kunming

we arrived late, so not much staff at reception. we've waited for almost 30 min just to check in. Just only 1 guy who can communicate in English. Breakfast is nice. Shuttle bus gets full quickly so i have to wait for another one but it's ok.

Fabulous modern hotel for an overnight stay close to the airport. Extremely good value and convenient airport pickup even at midnight. The staff was lovely!

Really comfortable and clean hotel. The room smells new and the sheets are crisp. The amenities in the room are also very new and modern. There is even a light sensor at the bottom of the side table. Cab from the airport to the hotel is also fairly reasonable around 20rmb. You will need a china number to be able to prebook the free airport shuttle. There are also restaurants nearby.

Hotel looks new, about 15 mins away from airport. Free airport pickup from hotel was arranged within 15 mins (note: need to call from a local phone number). Room is big and comfortable for 2 persons, breakfast featuring local food is also yummy. Just across and in the same stretch as hotel, there are eateries. We also got free airport transfer to catch metro to town. Overall highly recommended for those who are catching or arriving on a red eye flight!

I wish to stay at this hotel whenever I come to Kunming. This place is just awesome

酒店距離機場很近，有免費的接送，每半個小時送機一次，大概10分鐘。到店小楊的服務特別好，有伴手禮贈送，房間也是出乎預料，住過幾次機場酒店都不太理想，他家房間大，乾淨，通風很好，下次早班機他家首選

設施：很新。 衞生：很乾凈。 環境：樓下的米線店很好吃。 服務：接機和送機都很好。 24小時專車接送機服務:很及時。 伴手禮:有贈送，好像是鮮花餅，這個味道的話一般，畢竟是商品包裝的那種。

打電話接機直接掛斷，後也沒聯繫我。自己打車到酒店。非常差。説沒信號，沒信號跟通了不接掛斷客人分不出麼？床墊太軟太軟，軟得誇張。遙控器一層油。靠近馬路半夜很吵。
