Located very near to Shuncheng Mosque. Walkable to Shuncheng Street. Room is spacious but not really clean. There’s a very bad smell coming from the kitchen. There’s a lot of plug point but only one of it can fit the universal adapter. Thankfully we stayed for only one night. The room has two bathrooms but only one bathroom has shower. Owner cannot speak and understand English at all so all communication was done through wechat. Would I recommend this place to my friend? Yes and No. Yes because it is spacious and very near to shuncheng street, so easy to get halal food. No because of the cleanliness.

Its an apartment building. Need to check in at level 9 and they will assign you your rooms. Lift was slow though. Overall good for stay with families.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable but we would’ve liked more pillows for relaxing and watching movies. We can confirm that there were English movies available for free on the projector setup which was great. The bath and shower were a little confusing but did ultimately produce ample hot af water. The pretty receptionist helped us to do our laundry even though our room did not contain a washing machine as expected and was lovely throughout the stay, communicating with us via WeChat. Lastly, the location was perfect, there is a street market below where you can get spicy hash browns in the morning and nearby to lots of great restaurants, bakeries and tea shops. The hotel reception is on the 9th floor of an upmarket residential building. There are no signs but enter the driveway past the guard and you’ll find the door to the building.

Service was fantastic! The receptionist was extremely responsive( always reply within minutes via wechat). If you have a chance to see how she muti-taskrd with face to face customer, on phone at the same time with precise direction. Very helpful in resolving my taobao delivery issue. The customer is blessed to have her. Minor point that the name of hotel is different from the reception label which has a different name.

The host is very helpful. The location is near to shuncheng mosque and the city is near. Halal restaurant is nearby.

民宿的位置很好，交通便利，到市區哪裡都很近。

房間裝修很好看，投影有自帶的svip看電影特別方便，水之類都是免費的，喝完了還問前台拿了兩瓶，服務很好～～

樓層高，空間寬敞，位於22樓，房間面積大， 陽光充足，房間內陽光極佳，可以盡情享受曬太陽的愉悦。可以欣賞到迷人的城市風景，

五一地鐵隔壁，交通方便，真的有驚喜！設計獨特又温馨，服務貼心，位置超棒，周邊吃喝玩樂齊全。性價比高，衞生狀況佳，感覺特別安心。強烈推薦給來昆明的朋友，保證讓你愛上這裏！✨🏠

個人感覺真的很好，在這個價位能找到這樣的住宿一點都不虧，雖然説有點難找，但是住進去的那一刻感覺值了，住了四天，感覺真的很好，前台姐姐也很熱情，推薦！
