Hotels in der Nähe von Kerala Album Art Gallery, Kumarakom

Wir haben drei Nächte in einer Luxury-Villa mit eigenem Pool und Seeblick gebucht. Leider war bei der Ankunft der Pool extrem verdeckt, das Wasser war grün und der Pool somit nicht nutzbar. Zudem entsprach das Zimmer nicht dem Standard eines Hotels in dieser Preiskategorie (Klimaanlage tropfte, Schmutz auf der Bettdecke, Verschmutzung der Sofapolster, Wasserschaden der Wände, etc.; siehe Bilder). Die Bilder auf der Website des Hotels entsprechen nicht der Realität und sind extrem geschönt/bearbeitet. Auf Beschwerde haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Der Pool war zwar sauber, der Zustand des Zimmers im Übrigen war jedoch unverändert. Insbesondere waren auch hier Flecken auf der Bettdecke, Polstern sowie Wasserschäden an einigen Wänden. Insgesamt ist das Hotel extrem in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht keineswegs den Beschreibungen/Bildern auf der Website. Das Hotelpersonal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und bemüht einen guten Service zu bieten und die Unannehmlichkeiten auszugleichen. Gleichwohl haben wir uns aufgrund des Zimmerzustandes und der extremen Abweichungen zur Beschreibung auf der Website dazu entschieden, unseren Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht vorzeitig zu beenden. Bei unserer Abreise sagte uns der Guest-Relations-Manager zu, dass wir für die übrigen zwei Nächte eine Erstattung erhalten würden. Wir sollten dies über ******* beantragen und sie würden die Erstattung dann bestätigen. Leider wurde die Erstattung entgegen dieser Zusagen durch das Hotel versagt. Sämtliche Anfragen unsererseits blieben von dem Hotel bis heute unbeantwortet. ******* verweist auf das Hotel. Wir sind extrem enttäuscht und können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Our stay at the resort spanned six nights from September 22, 2024 to September 28, 2024. KLR has the most amazing property in Kumarakom which none of the other hotels in the area can match up to. The gardens are well maintained, the rooms are luxuriously comfortable and the authentic Kerala food is to die for. The level of service was outstanding, and the staff were highly trained and maintained a positive attitude from the moment we checked in at the reception, through to the restaurant staff and housekeeping. The resort's welcoming nature and readiness to assist with a smile were evident throughout our stay. The enthusiasm and positive vibes from the team that attended to us made our visit unforgettable. It was one of the most relaxing holidays at a resort where we felt at home. We want to extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed to making our stay comfortable. We particularly want to highlight the front office team: Gloria, Krishnaraj, and Front Office Manager Arun, also the restaurant staff: Adith, Gokul, Jobita, Aarthi, Tom, Agya, Hrithik, Mandanai, and restaurant manager Johnny. Chef Prashant curated a special dinner for us every night with mouthwatering Kerala specialty dishes. They all excelled in their roles, treating every guest with a smile. Lastly, we want to mention Kavi, the events manager who not only welcomed the guests when checking in to the hotel, to serving welcome drinks with a smile, to luggage handling, and also organizing the daily evening sunset cruise. Kavi’s photography skills are impeccable and every evening he went out of his way to click amazing photographs of the guests amidst the beautiful scenery. Kavi is truly versatile. Staff members like Kavi are invaluable to any team or organization, as they elevate the overall service quality and image of the resort. We commend the team for their excellent work and look forward to returning to KLR someday. We will share with our friends and family in Bahrain, the warmth and hospitality we experienced at KLR. If you ever wish to visit Kerala and experience the backwaters, KLR should be your only choice. Thank you KLR.

Best place in Kumarakom to stay in, had a great experience and we really felt happy with the service provided. Rooms were ultra clean and comfortable The staff were amazing and treat you like family, especially impressive service from Unni Kuttan. Truly Awesome and great experience. Schöner Ort für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt durch die Banken von Kumakom Backwaters.Es wäre schön, wenn Sie mit der Familie gehen könnten, da es nur vier Zimmer gibt und es von der gleichen Gruppe von Menschen besetzt werden könnte. Zimmer sind geräumig mit einem guten sauberen WC. Essen ist auch gut mit Innenküche und schöner Koch. als buchstäblich auf den Banken können Sie die Rückwasser genießen. kein Pool, aber wenn Sie wissen, Schwimmen können die Rückwasser selbst erkunden, da die Wasserhöhe etwa 5 ft für etwa 5mtrs in der Nähe der Banken. in Hausaktivitäten Es könnte besser gewesen sein als seine kleine Eigenschaft mit begrenztem Platz für jede Exploration. Es ist auch sehr nahe zu Hause Boot Jetty, Vogel heilige und Hauptstraßen.

Full marks to hospitality from all team- right from Priya at the front desk, to Amal at the Vembanad Bistro and even Vishnu, by the pool. Vishnu especially was always on his toes attending to requests and queries. Food was also top notch and definitely scrumptious. They have high tea and the marble cakes and banana cakes were delectable. The sunset point, the cultural performance in the evening and J Wellness circle are quite good. However, few more complimentary activities could have been added- like the ones at Coconut Lagoon which involve a sunset cruise, eco tour, yoga/clay making. Nevertheless, the service and overall experience is top notch. It’s a small property with 28-30 rooms spread across a large area and definitely a good option to stay.

Das Ac war überhaupt nicht arbeiten. Das Zimmer und andere Einrichtungen waren gut. Fernseher war nicht arbeitend.

Pathetic, callous!This was a trap by Ajeesh of Shruthi houseboat. We were shown good house boat ride and comfort. And informed, they can club resort stay but the payment has to be done upfront. When we reached the resort, shocks keep descending on us one after the other. I just read reviews from 2019 and I have same complaints of poor infrastructure, no hot water, slimy pool, broken tiles and feel unsafe. Over priced and Pathetic attitude of the reception. No intercom, as that's meant for a mgmt that's concerned about their visitors safety or service. Well in this case none mattered. Breakfast is not available until 9:30am. Gosh wanna ruin your holiday, this place will not let you down. We were the only guests in the entire resort. I guess that says it all.
