Manor Backwater Resort

Remote location. Average rooms. No restaurant facilities available. Complimentary breakfast was terrible

No food available at hotel. Breakfast also charged very expensive. Rooms are good and people were nice. Good hospitality but kitchen issues

Location of resort is good and rooms are good. No full time restaurant in the resort. We need to walk 700m to find a restaurant. Staffs are good and service is excellent.

Its terroble!after watching video we were excited to visit the place but once we reach there we were startled to see the pathetic condition of your resort actually not resort a lodge. Already paid money its not refund then also we left from there we lost money its cheating u r uploading a video and the place is entirely different. Will not cone again n not re-command anybody there

Pathetic, callous! This was a trap by Ajeesh of Shruthi houseboat. We were shown good house boat ride and comfort. And informed, they can club resort stay but the payment has to be done upfront. When we reached the resort, shocks keep descending on us one after the other. I just read reviews from 2019 and I have same complaints of poor infrastructure, no hot water, slimy pool, broken tiles and feel unsafe. Over priced and Pathetic attitude of the reception. No intercom, as that's meant for a mgmt that's concerned about their visitors safety or service. Well in this case none mattered. Breakfast is not available until 9:30am. Gosh wanna ruin your holiday, this place will not let you down. We were the only guests in the entire resort. I guess that says it all.

Good hotel but with old furniture. The staff is so supportive. You might be alone in the entire hotel but you are safe too. And that's the main positive point of this hotel. Overall a good experience.
