"We some issues with the room we got. Toilet has a foul smell but the service recovery was impeccable. We left for dinner and they helped us to shift rooms. All our stuff were placed exactly how we left them. They even brought over stuff we placed in the fridge. Parking is available on site but there are cheaper parking within the area."

"Vessel is a budget type accommodation... You get just enough of what you need and if you want anything more or anything specific, you help yourself to their amenities on the 2nd floor reception. Location wise was perfect for us and the rooms are all insulated so you don't really hear the noise outside. They don't provide carpark but have a tie up where you pay a fixed rate to a very close by carpark operator (about 250m away only). We were 4 persons (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and even though the room came with two beds each sized between a single bed and a queen sized bed and a third roll out mattress, you still need to pay more for the bed linen, comforter and a pillow."

"This hotel is amazing! I stay with my family and the place is just spotless. Loved the large bathroom two sinks available! Dont get me started with the outdoor onsen and that was fantastic after a long day of driving. Breakfast is great and the place is within walking distance to the shopping centers, we end up having dinner at the Kumamoto Food stall. Cosy place, nice beds, Netflix and YouTube available on the TV, coffee and tea and free amenities for guest to enjoy."

"Zunächst einmal ist die Lage wirklich gut und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Nach dem Auschecken hatte ich vor, zum Berg Aso zu fahren, und deshalb durfte ich mein Gepäck kostenlos aufbewahren. Im Zug zum Berg Aso stellte ich fest, dass ich meine Augentropfen im Kühlschrank meines Hotelzimmers vergessen hatte. Also kontaktierte ich das Hotel und bat darum, sie zusammen mit meiner Tasche aufzubewahren! Ich kam um 18 Uhr an und bekam mein Gepäck kostenlos und sicher zurück. Ich war so gerührt, als sie mir die Augentropfen aus dem Kühlschrank brachten! Dieses Hotel ist wirklich unvergesslich und freundlich! Wenn ich jemals wieder nach Kumamoto komme, werde ich definitiv hier buchen! Der Bahnhof Kumamoto liegt direkt vor der Tür, daher ist es sehr gut erreichbar und die Gepäckaufbewahrung ist perfekt! "Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very new and relatively spacious for Japan. The bed size is slightly bigger than normal for 2 people (1.6m wide) and comfy so we really appreciated that. Room comes with all the amenities including a kettle. They also have universal wall socket which is a nice touch for people with different plugs for electronics. Great location too - just minutes of walk from the tram station and the main shopping area. Strongly recommend!"

"The hotel situated at the bus terminal where buses go directly from the airport. Staffs are friendly and always happy to help. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Freshments like noodles you can get for free every night. Ice cream is free to take after 10pm. In the morning u can get free yoyurt. Hot spring is very nice and hot. I would stay at the same hotel if I come again."

"Es ist ein authentisches japanisches Zimmer. Frühstück ist ziemlich lecker Das große Bad ist klein, aber nicht fehlt. Eis und Joghurt werden serviert. Es ist ein wenig preiswert, aber der Service ist gut und ich denke, ich werde es noch einmal verwenden."

"Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch. Es liegt ganz oben im Einkaufszentrum und die Straßenhändler sind gegenüber. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Supermarkt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die meisten Dinge sind in Ordnung. Natürlich ist es nicht groß, aber groß genug für ein Paar, um ein paar Nächte zu bleiben."
