Die Lage ist gut. Das Onsen auf dem Dach ist schön. Das Frühstück könnte aufgrund der Größe des Hotels besser sein.

Schöner Ort! Das Zimmer ist auch neu! Es gibt große öffentliche Bäder, drinnen und draußen! Gut!

The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, the overall design of the hotel feels outdated and could benefit from a renovation to enhance its appeal.

Location is unbeatable and it’s great I can park the car in the hotel with very reasonable charge. As a gentle note, hotel car park only accept cash on the ground level. The onsen is really good and open till mid night, which is great. The room is comfortable and clean.

Great hotel. I had a very nice room. Good location, lots a good food options. Directly next to shopping area. Walking distance to train and tram. Walking distance to castle, although one can save 5 minutes by taking a tram. Reception is on the 12F. Onsen is great indeed. Sauna to hot for me.

Location is the BEST! Just next to Shinshigai and the facilities are lovely! The outdoor spa is AMAZING! Believed that it is a renovated hotel, coz the “face” of the hotel feels like new but inside the hotel room is kind of ancient😅

Have stayed at Candeo Shinshagai many times and it is always a pleasure. Front desk staff extremely professional and check-in is always a breeze. Rooms are nice, comfortable, laundry machines on several floors, breakfast is amazing. Definately a must if staying in Kumamoto.

Hotel is new and in good location, facilities is nice, especially the SPA, but it'd be better if the SPA opening hours can be extended to mid-night 12:00 or 1:00am.
