Never doubt about E Red Hotel because ive stay in their hotel in Bukit Mertajam last week, when i found out there have E Red Hotel in Kuantan i straightaway booked with a second doubt! Good job on the management and all the team members from E Red Hotel

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer und alle hatten gefärbte Blätter. Ich musste die Zimmer 3 mal ändern, bevor ich eine mit einer richtigen Arbeitsluftkonditionierung bekam. Das Badezimmer ist klein und seltsam konfiguriert (Stellen Sie sich vor: die Toilettenschale schüttelt gegen Ihre Beine, wenn Sie am Tauchbad stehen, Duschetür muss offen sein, wenn Sie auf dem WC sitzen). Die Möbel sind preiswert und gebrochen. Eingeschränkte Parkplätze geteilt zwischen diesem Hotel und Saisons View so ist es immer voll. Parken vor den Geschäften Lotsen wird von dem Rat auferlegte Stundenkupons erfordern. Der Schirm des Aufzugs ist so laut, dass Sie es aus dem Zimmer hören können. Für Lichtschlafschützen wie mich ist es besonders störend. Die Rollerblinden sind schmal mit segmentierter Design, so gibt es Lichtsee Seiten und durch, wenn Sie es nicht richtig anrichten. Nur gut war der Vordertisch-Kerl, der uns ins Auge gekommen. Die 3 benachbarten Zimmer (2 von denen auch warme Luft geschlagen wurde) waren sehr hilfreich und löste die nicht-AC-Frage, indem wir uns die 3 benachbarten Zimmer (2 von denen auch warme Luft geschlagen) aussehen lassen. Leider wurde er durch einen Nachtwacher ersetzt, der nach 11 Uhr freundlich, aber kluger Manning den Zähler. Wir fragten nach dem Abendessen um Parkplatz, und er konnte nicht viel Hilfe anbieten. Viele andere Optionen um.

Der Preis des Zimmers war angemessen, da es während einer malesischen Feiertage sowie eines langen Wochenendes war. Unser Zimmer (Suite) kommt mit einem kleineren Zimmer mit einem beigefügten Badezimmer, das für die vier von uns bequem ist. Beide Zimmer sind mit Standard-Ausstattung ausgestattet, was ein Pluspunkt ist. Die Lage des Hotels wurde hinter der Hauptstraße gedrückt, so dass es minimal Lärm von den Straßen gab. Der Ein- und Auscheckprozess war problemlos. In einem Nutshell ist dieses Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Kuantan gut bezahlt.

Strategic location and nice view on night. We can see menara kuantan at HSK rooftop. For improvement, need to extra type of food for breakfast buffet. Btw, all service are good & keep it up!

I had a wonderful stay at the Swiss Bell Hotel. My sea view room provided spectacular sunrise views, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious foods and drinks. Overall, the stunning views, warm hospitality, and excellent breakfast made my stay unforgettable. However it would be much better if the cleanliness of the room could be upgraded. Highly recommended for a relaxing seaside retreat.

What's so good about this hotel? 1. Hospitality: the stuffs are soooooo friendly. They make me feel so welcomed. 2. Child-friendly: free clean cot is provided upon request. They have a kid pool and kid room too. 3. Clean beach: the hotel do really put their effort in protecting the beach. No rubbish at all. The downside? 1. A little bit hassle in checking in: spent half an hour or more in the checkin process. 2. Beach with big wave: not so suitable for swimming or other beach activities 3. Less option for food: there are only 2 restaurants available. Food menu is limited. In a nutshell, this hotel is a hidden gem. I will definitely revisit this hotel if I travel to Kuantan again!

Had a great overall experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with a helpful video shared by the operator that made everything straightforward for those who can follow instructions well. However, it might be challenging for those who prefer not to read detailed instructions. One of the major highlights was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to various attraction spots. My unit had a beautiful view facing the sunrise area, adding a special touch to the stay, although I regretfully missed the opportunity to catch the sunrise moment. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, the small room, which I believe was a storeroom, was only equipped with a fan and became quite hot, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in unless the door was left open. In summary, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the unit. With some improvements to the small room's ventilation, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

Ich liebe die Aussicht, und das Hotel ist sauber, es ist ein bisschen klein für Familien. Aber es ist ok. Die Strandbar Puteh ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal war freundlich und das Essen ist fantastisch. Den Preis und die Aussicht wert. Gut für Instagrammer. Reibungsloser Check-in und Check-out. Aber das Frühstück ist frustriert, Lontong war in Ordnung, aber Nasi Minyak, Bubur und Müsli ist so schlecht, ich glaube nicht, dass der Koch kochen kann. Es ist in Ordnung, wenn sie nur wenige Lebensmitteloptionen haben, aber bitte kochen Sie mit ganzem Herzen. Aber der Rest dieses Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Werde wieder kommen

Es ist mein erstes Mal in Cherating. Eine schöne Dorf voller freundlicher Leute. Das Hotel war besser als die Buchungsfotos. Die Lage war großartig für den Strand und die lokalen Cafés und Restaurants. Das Hotelpersonal war nett. Sie hatten auch einen SPA, und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die nächsten lokalen Kaffeegetränke waren göttlich. Ich hatte einen guten Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen.
