1. Beantragt für ein Nichtraucherzimmer beim Einchecken, fanden wir einige Fliesen auf dem Bett. Wir wollten die Hausaufsicht rufen, um das Bettblatt zu ändern, aber das Telefon funktionierte nicht. Ich musste persönlich zur Lobby gehen, um das Frontbüro zu informieren, um eine Änderung des Bettes zu beantragen. Die Hausaufbewahrung kam und ”veränderte” das Bettblatt. Wir haben das Bettblatt inspiziert und fanden die genaue gleiche Farbe an genau der gleichen Stelle. 2. Die Toilettentür kann nicht geschlossen werden. Frustriert mit 3 großen Fragen innerhalb von 15 Minuten , Wir gingen zur Lobby und baten um einen Raum zu ändern. Ich hatte ein Rauchraum, wie das ihr letztes verfügbares Zimmer war. 3. Telefonlinie funktionierte nicht wieder, Toilettenroll war nicht verfügbar. 4. Wir wissen, dass dieses Hotel keine Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta bietet, so dass wir unsere eigenen brachten. Wenn wir am 2. Tag zurückkehren, waren alle unsere Toiletten weg. Hauspflege ließ unsere Toiletten ohne unsere Zustimmung, wenn sie keine Toiletten bieten. Ich musste in die Lobby gehen, um noch eine Beschwerde zu machen (weist du noch einmal, dass das Telefon nicht funktioniert?). Front Desk versprach, Toiletten zu senden in unser Zimmer, aber es kam nie. 5. Während der Auscheckung am dritten Tag sah die Hausbetreiber uns und bot uns, uns für die Beseitigung unserer Toiletten zu entschädigen. So sehr ich ihre Bemühungen um die Eigenschaft ihrer Fehler schätze, sollte diese Entschädigung (sofern erforderlich) von der Verwaltung und nicht von ihren Mitarbeitern kommen, weil sie nicht ausreichend Schulungen angeboten und die Hotelpolitik für ihre Mitarbeiter klarstellen. Insgesamt bin ich völlig beunruhigt und werde nie wiederkommen.

What's so good about this hotel? 1. Hospitality: the stuffs are soooooo friendly. They make me feel so welcomed. 2. Child-friendly: free clean cot is provided upon request. They have a kid pool and kid room too. 3. Clean beach: the hotel do really put their effort in protecting the beach. No rubbish at all. The downside? 1. A little bit hassle in checking in: spent half an hour or more in the checkin process. 2. Beach with big wave: not so suitable for swimming or other beach activities 3. Less option for food: there are only 2 restaurants available. Food menu is limited. In a nutshell, this hotel is a hidden gem. I will definitely revisit this hotel if I travel to Kuantan again!

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im AC Marriott Kuantan zu bleiben und es war eine hervorragende Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Das Bett war extrem komfortabel, um einen ruhigen Schlaf der Nacht zu gewährleisten. Ich schätze besonders die gedankenvollen Einrichtungen, wie die qualitativ hochwertigen Toiletten und der Kaffeemaschine. Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Lage, und es ist eine gute Lage, die Sie in der Nähe des Hotels beherbergen. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war ein Highlight, mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Gerichten zu wählen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine imponente Auswahl an lokaler und internationaler Küche. Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und in einem einfachen Zugang zu beliebten Attraktionen und Einkaufsgebieten. Insgesamt bietet AC Marriott Kuantan einen hervorragenden Wert für Geld, kombinieren Luxus und Komfort mit außergewöhnlichen Service. Ich empfehle es sehr für Geschäftsreisende und Freizeitreisende.

One night stay and the room is big enough to accommodate 3 persons actually. They got bath tub, shower, all the amenities inside the room. So far so good. Great stays. Thanks Zenith.

Second time staying , was simple , good and clean as usual . Shower pressure was superb and beds were firm . Would be great if their cafe reopen and have a light breakfast provided . so we wouldn’t need to rush out to buy food for the kids . Beside that staff was friendly

Ich wurde ein Zimmer im vierten Stock zugewiesen. Seit seiner unteren Ebene der 15 Lagerhalle habe ich ein Zimmer gebeten, das nicht die laute Hauptstraße zu sehen ist. Gute Wahl: Aussicht auf einen Fußball gelegt, eine Moschee und Teil der Stadt. Zimmer: Die Hotelverwaltung glaubt wahrscheinlich, dass die 1980er Jahre heyday Dekor ein Verkaufspunkt ist. Restbehält die 80er Jahre noch, außer für den Flachbildschirm, ein Louvre-Schrank, ein Bett mit Rocker-Schalter, ein Bügel auf den Blättern (nicht gehäkelt), ein bedecktes (nicht marmoriertes) Badezimmer, ein Königsbett. Sie versuchen, die Reinigkeit zu halten, aber die ständigen Farben auf den Stuhl, Formen um den Luftkonditionerventil, Peeling Möbelgemälde, Mildew auf der Badezimmerwand sind über die Routine der Hausaufbewahrung; der ganze Ort braucht ernsthafte Umstellung.

Rooms was so spacious, super single size bed, near with the famous celup tepung restaurant, near to beach ( not very clean tapi so cantik ). Near with local restaurant too. Will definitely come again if pergi Kuantan!

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.
