Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, im Zentrum der Stadt Kuantan und einfacher Zugang zu vielen Orten. Das Zimmer ist sauber n komfortabel. Frühstück ist auch gut.

Die Lage ist sehr strategische. Recht auf Jalan Besar, wo alle schönen Café ist. (Kula Cake, Kuantan Pickers, Tjantek, Kopi & Teh, Akar Kopi, Lena Cafe, Sup Ayam Kampong) einige Namen nennen. River Esplanade ist gerade hinter dem Hotel. Unser Zimmer steht vor dem Fluss auf Anfrage. Zu meiner Überraschung zum Preis ist das Hotel sehr sauber. Fernseher hat viele Kanäle einschließlich Sport. Ein Mini-Kühlschrank & Sedah. Ich wette, das Hotel ist kürzlich renoviert, weil es eine nette neue Farbe Beschichtung & Fußboden hat. Und das macht das Bad. Sie bieten sogar Verbindungsraum, was gut ist, wenn Sie in Gruppe reisen & zu meiner Überraschung haben sie Aufzug. Parkplatz ist einfach und reichlich, aber vom Rat. So bezahlen wir etwa RM4.50 täglich oder RM0.65 pro Stunde. Insgesamt, wenn Sie in Kuantan für Jalan Jalan Cari Makan sind. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel wirklich.

Ich wurde ein Zimmer im vierten Stock zugewiesen. Seit seiner unteren Ebene der 15 Lagerhalle habe ich ein Zimmer gebeten, das nicht die laute Hauptstraße zu sehen ist. Gute Wahl: Aussicht auf einen Fußball gelegt, eine Moschee und Teil der Stadt. Zimmer: Die Hotelverwaltung glaubt wahrscheinlich, dass die 1980er Jahre heyday Dekor ein Verkaufspunkt ist. Restbehält die 80er Jahre noch, außer für den Flachbildschirm, ein Louvre-Schrank, ein Bett mit Rocker-Schalter, ein Bügel auf den Blättern (nicht gehäkelt), ein bedecktes (nicht marmoriertes) Badezimmer, ein Königsbett. Sie versuchen, die Reinigkeit zu halten, aber die ständigen Farben auf den Stuhl, Formen um den Luftkonditionerventil, Peeling Möbelgemälde, Mildew auf der Badezimmerwand sind über die Routine der Hausaufbewahrung; der ganze Ort braucht ernsthafte Umstellung.

We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space

Geist im Erdgeschoss- ein paar Gäste waren gestört, Service im Frontalaufstell sind schrecklich, Treffenzimmer war nicht zu Zeit geöffnet, wie angewiesen, Mikrofon funktionierte nicht richtig, keine Gepäcktasche gesammelt und keine regelmäßige Zimmerservice. Bleib 3 Tage, aber mein Schnurrbart wurde nicht genommen, keine Schädlingsbekämpfung Schädlingsbekämpfung viele Ängste ....Aber Lebensmittel sind extrem lecker, sehr schöne Umgebung des Kaffees ...verliebt mit dem Essen! Bitte das Hotel sollte Ghost-Kontrolle, Verbesserung der allgemeinen Dienstleistungen und Schädlingsbekämpfung.

Worth to stay during weekday. Spacious and new. I stay in single bed room, the bed is big and spacious bathroom. Will stay again.

The room itself was ok, it was clean albeit a little bit small, and a little spot here and there but nothing to be worried about. everything was enough. Towels are provided, soap and shampoo also even though they are small, just enough for taking bath 2 to 3 times. If it is not enough, can request for it. There is an iron room. There is also a parking lot at the basement. I think maybe I should give 4 stars out of 5.

The building as a whole is quite run down but this THM unit is properly maintained. Owner is good. Twin beds are placed in the room with attached toilet. Should be the other way around. Refundable Deposit - MYR300. Pool very crowded over the weekend

I spent 3 days 2 nights here with my family for vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The process, from unloading our luggage to checking in at the reception, was smooth and efficient. The porter and reception staff were polite and beaming with smiles. We stayed in a studio room, as we needed more space for our active child to move around. The room was in tip top condition—spacious, newly renovated with chic design, and maintained at the highest level of cleanliness. I would say, what you see on Trip is exactly what you get! I want to give special recognition to the Swiss Care team, especially a sweet and polite lady named Sihma (Swiss Care #1), who promptly and efficiently responded to all of our calls. She went the extra mile to ensure all our reasonable requests were met. The swimming pool attendants were diligent in their duties, ensuring the safety of all swimmers. Syed Lukman is one of them. The breakfast provided was consistently replenished to accommodate all diners. I especially enjoyed the nasi lemak on the second day—the meat was tender, perfectly spiced, and juicy. Kudos to the chefs and café staff for their excellent skills! I also noticed that a few middle-aged Malaysian aunties were employed as part-time workers in the café during the busy weekend. Despite their age, they worked efficiently and professionally. I think this is a commendable practice, providing job opportunities while boosting the local economy. The lobby and main facilities were a bit run-down, but I didn’t mind since they are currently undergoing upgrades, which are expected to be completed by next year. I’m excited to return when the renovations are finished!
