Es ist mein erstes Mal in Cherating. Eine schöne Dorf voller freundlicher Leute. Das Hotel war besser als die Buchungsfotos. Die Lage war großartig für den Strand und die lokalen Cafés und Restaurants. Das Hotelpersonal war nett. Sie hatten auch einen SPA, und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die nächsten lokalen Kaffeegetränke waren göttlich. Ich hatte einen guten Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen.

I spent 3 days 2 nights here with my family for vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The process, from unloading our luggage to checking in at the reception, was smooth and efficient. The porter and reception staff were polite and beaming with smiles. We stayed in a studio room, as we needed more space for our active child to move around. The room was in tip top condition—spacious, newly renovated with chic design, and maintained at the highest level of cleanliness. I would say, what you see on Trip is exactly what you get! I want to give special recognition to the Swiss Care team, especially a sweet and polite lady named Sihma (Swiss Care #1), who promptly and efficiently responded to all of our calls. She went the extra mile to ensure all our reasonable requests were met. The swimming pool attendants were diligent in their duties, ensuring the safety of all swimmers. Syed Lukman is one of them. The breakfast provided was consistently replenished to accommodate all diners. I especially enjoyed the nasi lemak on the second day—the meat was tender, perfectly spiced, and juicy. Kudos to the chefs and café staff for their excellent skills! I also noticed that a few middle-aged Malaysian aunties were employed as part-time workers in the café during the busy weekend. Despite their age, they worked efficiently and professionally. I think this is a commendable practice, providing job opportunities while boosting the local economy. The lobby and main facilities were a bit run-down, but I didn’t mind since they are currently undergoing upgrades, which are expected to be completed by next year. I’m excited to return when the renovations are finished!

1. Beantragt für ein Nichtraucherzimmer beim Einchecken, fanden wir einige Fliesen auf dem Bett. Wir wollten die Hausaufsicht rufen, um das Bettblatt zu ändern, aber das Telefon funktionierte nicht. Ich musste persönlich zur Lobby gehen, um das Frontbüro zu informieren, um eine Änderung des Bettes zu beantragen. Die Hausaufbewahrung kam und ”veränderte” das Bettblatt. Wir haben das Bettblatt inspiziert und fanden die genaue gleiche Farbe an genau der gleichen Stelle. 2. Die Toilettentür kann nicht geschlossen werden. Frustriert mit 3 großen Fragen innerhalb von 15 Minuten , Wir gingen zur Lobby und baten um einen Raum zu ändern. Ich hatte ein Rauchraum, wie das ihr letztes verfügbares Zimmer war. 3. Telefonlinie funktionierte nicht wieder, Toilettenroll war nicht verfügbar. 4. Wir wissen, dass dieses Hotel keine Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta bietet, so dass wir unsere eigenen brachten. Wenn wir am 2. Tag zurückkehren, waren alle unsere Toiletten weg. Hauspflege ließ unsere Toiletten ohne unsere Zustimmung, wenn sie keine Toiletten bieten. Ich musste in die Lobby gehen, um noch eine Beschwerde zu machen (weist du noch einmal, dass das Telefon nicht funktioniert?). Front Desk versprach, Toiletten zu senden in unser Zimmer, aber es kam nie. 5. Während der Auscheckung am dritten Tag sah die Hausbetreiber uns und bot uns, uns für die Beseitigung unserer Toiletten zu entschädigen. So sehr ich ihre Bemühungen um die Eigenschaft ihrer Fehler schätze, sollte diese Entschädigung (sofern erforderlich) von der Verwaltung und nicht von ihren Mitarbeitern kommen, weil sie nicht ausreichend Schulungen angeboten und die Hotelpolitik für ihre Mitarbeiter klarstellen. Insgesamt bin ich völlig beunruhigt und werde nie wiederkommen.

What's so good about this hotel? 1. Hospitality: the stuffs are soooooo friendly. They make me feel so welcomed. 2. Child-friendly: free clean cot is provided upon request. They have a kid pool and kid room too. 3. Clean beach: the hotel do really put their effort in protecting the beach. No rubbish at all. The downside? 1. A little bit hassle in checking in: spent half an hour or more in the checkin process. 2. Beach with big wave: not so suitable for swimming or other beach activities 3. Less option for food: there are only 2 restaurants available. Food menu is limited. In a nutshell, this hotel is a hidden gem. I will definitely revisit this hotel if I travel to Kuantan again!

One night stay and the room is big enough to accommodate 3 persons actually. They got bath tub, shower, all the amenities inside the room. So far so good. Great stays. Thanks Zenith.

Nice place to stay. Laundry and vendor machine available at the hotel lobby. Parking is at your own risk... but it is safe and easy to get parking

Overall stay was alright , staff was very friendly and breakfast was basic but good at the price we paid . Only thing is the room which we stayed in was clean but very old , compared to the picture where some of the other rooms were already refurbished with carpet and also new toilets . The wooden toilet door frames were already rotting in our room . Travelled with a young kid of 4 years old , but the window insulation was pretty bad as we were facing the back nearby a mosque and we could hear the speakers up to 1030pm and then again at around 530am . Really need to improve on that to enable a good quiet sleep .

Das Badezimmer ist klein und seltsam konfiguriert (Stellen Sie sich vor: die Toilettenschale schüttelt gegen Ihre Beine, wenn Sie am Tauchbad stehen, Duschetür muss offen sein, wenn Sie auf dem WC sitzen). Die Möbel sind preiswert und gebrochen. Eingeschränkte Parkplätze geteilt zwischen diesem Hotel und Saisons View so ist es immer voll. Parken vor den Geschäften Lotsen wird von dem Rat auferlegte Stundenkupons erfordern. Der Schirm des Aufzugs ist so laut, dass Sie es aus dem Zimmer hören können. Für Lichtschlafschützen wie mich ist es besonders störend. Die Rollerblinden sind schmal mit segmentierter Design, so gibt es Lichtsee Seiten und durch, wenn Sie es nicht richtig anrichten. Nur gut war der Vordertisch-Kerl, der uns ins Auge gekommen. Die 3 benachbarten Zimmer (2 von denen auch warme Luft geschlagen wurde) waren sehr hilfreich und löste die nicht-AC-Frage, indem wir uns die 3 benachbarten Zimmer (2 von denen auch warme Luft geschlagen) aussehen lassen. Leider wurde er durch einen Nachtwacher ersetzt, der nach 11 Uhr freundlich, aber kluger Manning den Zähler. Wir fragten nach dem Abendessen um Parkplatz, und er konnte nicht viel Hilfe anbieten. Viele andere Optionen um.

I had a wonderful stay at the Swiss Bell Hotel. My sea view room provided spectacular sunrise views, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious foods and drinks. Overall, the stunning views, warm hospitality, and excellent breakfast made my stay unforgettable. However it would be much better if the cleanliness of the room could be upgraded. Highly recommended for a relaxing seaside retreat.
