Ich wurde ein Zimmer im vierten Stock zugewiesen. Seit seiner unteren Ebene der 15 Lagerhalle habe ich ein Zimmer gebeten, das nicht die laute Hauptstraße zu sehen ist. Gute Wahl: Aussicht auf einen Fußball gelegt, eine Moschee und Teil der Stadt. Zimmer: Die Hotelverwaltung glaubt wahrscheinlich, dass die 1980er Jahre heyday Dekor ein Verkaufspunkt ist. Restbehält die 80er Jahre noch, außer für den Flachbildschirm, ein Louvre-Schrank, ein Bett mit Rocker-Schalter, ein Bügel auf den Blättern (nicht gehäkelt), ein bedecktes (nicht marmoriertes) Badezimmer, ein Königsbett. Sie versuchen, die Reinigkeit zu halten, aber die ständigen Farben auf den Stuhl, Formen um den Luftkonditionerventil, Peeling Möbelgemälde, Mildew auf der Badezimmerwand sind über die Routine der Hausaufbewahrung; der ganze Ort braucht ernsthafte Umstellung.

Gute Punkte - Rein Zimmer. Rein Badezimmer. Bett war komfortabel. Bettwäsche waren schön und sauber. Bademantel waren sauber und fluffig. Viel Aufzüge. Dusche war heiß. Frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis gezahlt erwartet. Bad Punkte - Zimmer war klein. Hatte ein volles Fenster mit einem anderen Block von Zimmern. Unfähig, das Glasfenster zu öffnen. Aircon war nicht kalt - ein paar Mal wachgefühl heiß. Unfähig, das Aircon zu kontrollieren. Badmatte wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Der Teppich im Korridor draußen sieht aus, als sei er seit Monaten nicht leer. Keycard war ein bisschen schwierig zu arbeiten - musste es weiter schütteln, um die Tür zu öffnen.

Vielen Dank an das freundliche Personal des Hyatt Regency Kuantan Hotels, das diese Reise zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht hat. Besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Muhammad an der Rezeption, der meinen Wünschen entgegenkam. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :) Prost

The building as a whole is quite run down but this THM unit is properly maintained. Owner is good. Twin beds are placed in the room with attached toilet. Should be the other way around. Refundable Deposit - MYR300. Pool very crowded over the weekend

We had to call housekeeping three times before they finally served us. The facilities are generally good, however, the pool water is visibly dirty and contains trash. Despite this, there are plenty of picturesque spots for taking OOTD photos. The beach is also lovely, with soft white sand. The parking area is reserved for the beach chalet and there were no issues even when returning late at night. The reception service was very good, and the room was ready on time The breakfast was good.

Schön 2 Nächte Aufenthalt. Zimmer sehr schön mit Pool. Mein Sohn liebte es. Wir genossen das Abendessen sehr, einer der besten Lammschack, die wir je hatten. Chef Nuzul ist sehr freundlich und geht um mit den Gästen zu sprechen. Der Service war insgesamt sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind immer lächeln.

Es ist mein erstes Mal in Cherating. Eine schöne Dorf voller freundlicher Leute. Das Hotel war besser als die Buchungsfotos. Die Lage war großartig für den Strand und die lokalen Cafés und Restaurants. Das Hotelpersonal war nett. Sie hatten auch einen SPA, und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die nächsten lokalen Kaffeegetränke waren göttlich. Ich hatte einen guten Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards. While there's room for improvement in the facilities department, it doesn't overshadow the overall positive impression I have of t
