Ich wurde ein Zimmer im vierten Stock zugewiesen. Seit seiner unteren Ebene der 15 Lagerhalle habe ich ein Zimmer gebeten, das nicht die laute Hauptstraße zu sehen ist. Gute Wahl: Aussicht auf einen Fußball gelegt, eine Moschee und Teil der Stadt. Zimmer: Die Hotelverwaltung glaubt wahrscheinlich, dass die 1980er Jahre heyday Dekor ein Verkaufspunkt ist. Restbehält die 80er Jahre noch, außer für den Flachbildschirm, ein Louvre-Schrank, ein Bett mit Rocker-Schalter, ein Bügel auf den Blättern (nicht gehäkelt), ein bedecktes (nicht marmoriertes) Badezimmer, ein Königsbett. Sie versuchen, die Reinigkeit zu halten, aber die ständigen Farben auf den Stuhl, Formen um den Luftkonditionerventil, Peeling Möbelgemälde, Mildew auf der Badezimmerwand sind über die Routine der Hausaufbewahrung; der ganze Ort braucht ernsthafte Umstellung.

Die Lage ist sehr strategische. Recht auf Jalan Besar, wo alle schönen Café ist. (Kula Cake, Kuantan Pickers, Tjantek, Kopi & Teh, Akar Kopi, Lena Cafe, Sup Ayam Kampong) einige Namen nennen. River Esplanade ist gerade hinter dem Hotel. Unser Zimmer steht vor dem Fluss auf Anfrage. Zu meiner Überraschung zum Preis ist das Hotel sehr sauber. Fernseher hat viele Kanäle einschließlich Sport. Ein Mini-Kühlschrank & Sedah. Ich wette, das Hotel ist kürzlich renoviert, weil es eine nette neue Farbe Beschichtung & Fußboden hat. Und das macht das Bad. Sie bieten sogar Verbindungsraum, was gut ist, wenn Sie in Gruppe reisen & zu meiner Überraschung haben sie Aufzug. Parkplatz ist einfach und reichlich, aber vom Rat. So bezahlen wir etwa RM4.50 täglich oder RM0.65 pro Stunde. Insgesamt, wenn Sie in Kuantan für Jalan Jalan Cari Makan sind. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel wirklich.

The room itself was ok, it was clean albeit a little bit small, and a little spot here and there but nothing to be worried about. everything was enough. Towels are provided, soap and shampoo also even though they are small, just enough for taking bath 2 to 3 times. If it is not enough, can request for it. There is an iron room. There is also a parking lot at the basement. I think maybe I should give 4 stars out of 5.

Geist im Erdgeschoss- ein paar Gäste waren gestört, Service im Frontalaufstell sind schrecklich, Treffenzimmer war nicht zu Zeit geöffnet, wie angewiesen, Mikrofon funktionierte nicht richtig, keine Gepäcktasche gesammelt und keine regelmäßige Zimmerservice. Bleib 3 Tage, aber mein Schnurrbart wurde nicht genommen, keine Schädlingsbekämpfung Schädlingsbekämpfung viele Ängste ....Aber Lebensmittel sind extrem lecker, sehr schöne Umgebung des Kaffees ...verliebt mit dem Essen! Bitte das Hotel sollte Ghost-Kontrolle, Verbesserung der allgemeinen Dienstleistungen und Schädlingsbekämpfung.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, being conveniently near the beach. The hotel also offers a range of excellent facilities, including a well-maintained pool area and a fitness center. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. Overall, i am satisfied.

Had a great overall experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with a helpful video shared by the operator that made everything straightforward for those who can follow instructions well. However, it might be challenging for those who prefer not to read detailed instructions. One of the major highlights was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to various attraction spots. My unit had a beautiful view facing the sunrise area, adding a special touch to the stay, although I regretfully missed the opportunity to catch the sunrise moment. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, the small room, which I believe was a storeroom, was only equipped with a fan and became quite hot, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in unless the door was left open. In summary, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the unit. With some improvements to the small room's ventilation, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

We had to call housekeeping three times before they finally served us. The facilities are generally good, however, the pool water is visibly dirty and contains trash. Despite this, there are plenty of picturesque spots for taking OOTD photos. The beach is also lovely, with soft white sand. The parking area is reserved for the beach chalet and there were no issues even when returning late at night. The reception service was very good, and the room was ready on time The breakfast was good.

Es ist mein erstes Mal in Cherating. Eine schöne Dorf voller freundlicher Leute. Das Hotel war besser als die Buchungsfotos. Die Lage war großartig für den Strand und die lokalen Cafés und Restaurants. Das Hotelpersonal war nett. Sie hatten auch einen SPA, und der Service war ausgezeichnet. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards.
