All about facilities are fine,breakfast is okey but receptionist at front desk name hazie.... very cocky and she not even smiling. Its very hard to find receptionist who work at hotel like that..please la change your attitude..very poor.

Very strategic location. Walking distance to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol. 10 min to Pasar Payang. The staff is very polite. Breakfast is so good with Nasi Dagang, Laksa Terengganu n Keropok Lekor. Have gum, kids and adult pool. We enjoyed our stay here. Will repeated again next time.

I reached the hotel at 11pm as I took the bus and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes as there were no receptionists there. The room was ok but the towels and bath tub were quite dirty and with many stains. The breakfast was so so. But the location of the hotel was quite strategic, near to the mall, some tourist attractions and nice food too

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the eatery centre and close to popular tourist attractions.

Zum ersten Mal waren ich und meine Familie im Dezember 2020 in diesem Resort. Das Zimmer, in dem wir übernachtet haben, ist aufgrund der Monsunzeit überflutet. Das Fenstersilikon ist schon alt, dadurch kam der Regen hinein. Auch die Wasserleitung ist kaputt. Wir müssen unser Zimmer von Zimmer Nr. 107 auf Nr. 106 und schließlich auf Zimmer Nr. 112 ändern. Das Zimmer ist geräumig für Familien. Der Service recht gut. Die Mitarbeiter reagieren sofort an diesem Tag. Dank ihnen. Der Pool ist schön und geräumig. Meine Söhne lieben den Pool sehr. Es macht unseren Urlaub glücklich. Dankeschön.

Bin gerade von LanG Tengah für 3D2N zurückgekommen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von drei Personen und wohnten im D'coconut Lagoon (Westflügel). Die Insel – es gibt nur 4 Hotels auf der Insel und nicht alle am selben Strand. Wenn Sie die Insel erreichen, werden Sie kristallklares Wasser sehen. D'Coconut liegt auf der anderen Seite der Insel und Sie können zu Fuß (durch den Dschungel – 5 Minuten zu Fuß) die anderen Resorts/Strände besuchen. Wenn Sie nachts Babyhaie sehen möchten, gehen Sie zum Steg von Sari Pacifica ;) Die Gastfreundschaft – Herr Anuar begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft in der Hotellobby und das Personal half Ihnen mit Ihren Taschen und Ihrem Gepäck. Der Check-in-Vorgang war in Ordnung und Herr Anuar wird Ihnen eine kurze Einweisung in die Hotelregeln und die Reiseroute geben. Die Mitarbeiter dort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer - wir hatten Cabana-Zimmer. Von Ihrem Balkon aus können Sie den Strand direkt sehen. Wir haben dieses Zimmer bewusst nur wegen der Aussicht gewählt. Leider sollte D'coconut wirklich auf die Sauberkeit seines Resorts achten. Unser Zimmer war für den von uns gezahlten Preis nicht ganz „in Ordnung“. Das Bett war so sandig, sogar unter der Bettdecke :/ Die Toilette wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Ich glaube, sie haben keine engagierten Haushälterinnen, die sich um die Zimmer kümmern. Deshalb haben wir das Zimmer nachts nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Den Rest der Zeit verbrachten wir draußen. Das Essen: Es gab zu allen Mahlzeiten ein Buffet mit begrenzter Auswahl. Das Essen war jedoch unglaublich lecker! Ein großes Lob an den Koch und das Team. Ihr Essbereich liegt zum Strand hin, was Sie nach Ihrer Rückkehr vermissen werden. Der Strand – da der Westflügel des Resorts nur über eine begrenzte Anzahl an Zimmern verfügt, werden Sie am Strand kaum Menschen sehen. Als wären Sie auf der Privatinsel. Und am Strand war es so windig, dass man wegen der Brise nicht schwitzen muss, anders als auf der anderen Seite der Insel. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie auch Kajak fahren. Das Erlebnis: In unserer ersten Nacht hatten wir das Glück, die Schildkröte dabei zu beobachten, wie sie 136 Eier legte. Sagen Sie Herrn Anuar, er soll Sie informieren, wenn eine Schildkröte auf die Insel kommt! In Lang Tengah ist es ein perfekter Ort, um die Sterne zu beobachten und blaue Tränen am Strand zu sehen. Bitten Sie das Personal, Sie herumzuführen :) Zusammen mit dem Paket, das Sie gebucht haben, erhalten Sie zwei Schnorchelausflüge kostenlos. Sie bringen Sie auch dazu, die Babyhaie in der Nähe des Strandes im Summer Bay Resort zu beobachten. Insgesamt hatten wir die beste Zeit in Lang Tengah. Obwohl es sich um eine kleine Insel handelt, werden Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts eine Handvoll Erlebnisse sammeln. Wenn Sie Ruhe und Gelassenheit suchen, sollten Sie unbedingt hierher kommen. Von Redang, Pulau Perhentian aus ist dies mit Abstand die beste Insel, die ich je erlebt habe.

During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret?
