Convenient for us senior citizen as it's near and walkable to places that we want to go. Close to pasar payang, express bus terminal, secret recipe, kfc, 7E. Check with the counter staff & housekeeping staff who are friendly, helpful for this places whether it's on your left or right side as you leave the entrance. Only setback, there is no lift, to carry your bags. However housekeeping staff are helpful.

The hotel is clean and they upgraded me for free to a premium room. The room is so superb. Location is so near to Pasar Payang tht you can even walk 5 mins to get there.

I had a good stay at DJ Citi Hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the mosque and market. The best thing is that it is near the bus station, which made it easy for me to travel around. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe staying here. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Terengganu in the future. Saya solo perempuan so selamat senang nak makan,nak balik kl naik bus dekat sangat dengan station bus,memang akan repeat hotel ni frontdesk pun semua baik2 sangat, *************

Stayed in a single bedroom here for a short trip and honestly, for the price, it exceeded expectations. The room was compact but well-organized—clean sheets, decent mattress, and surprisingly quiet at night, which made a big difference for sleep quality. Air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was stable enough for basic use. The bathroom was simple but clean, with good water pressure and hot water available. Don’t expect luxury amenities, but everything essential was there and functioning. Staff were polite, check-in was quick, and there were no unnecessary complications. Location-wise, it’s convenient—easy access to food and transport, which adds a lot of value considering how affordable it is. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap, no-nonsense single room that delivers on cleanliness and comfort, this place is a solid choice. Not fancy, but reliable—and that’s exactly what you want at this price point.

Near to pasar payang and other tourists attraction. However the toilet is small, and no lift.

The receptionist is very friendly! The room is just nice and clean. If I had the chance, I’ll definitely come again.

Nice single queen bed room with window. Just that a bit cramped to use the chair of the table due to the bed.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is very good and convenient. The room is clean and the facilities are very standard, suitable for a short stay. However, cleanliness needs more attention as there were small cockroaches found in several areas. Proper pest control and more thorough housekeeping are strongly recommended. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements in hygiene and maintenance are necessary.

Nice place for staycation and transit. Booked for 2 nights before heading to Redang Island. Pasar Payang was just nearby hotel and walking distance. Thankyou DJ Citi Point.
