During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret? Hotel mit modernem und neuem Konzept und Design...sehr sauber..Premium King..geräumig..sehr bequem..weiche Matratze..Vinylboden.. Aber es gibt nur ein paar Mängel, die behoben werden müssen. kl nk Kleidung reiben musste raus..es ist für Geschäftsreisende sehr mühsam..kleine Gebetsmatte..Internetgeschwindigkeit ist recht einfach (dies muss aktualisiert werden) .Einzahlung sollte nicht unbedingt Bargeld erfordern.Kann Debit- oder Kreditkarte verwenden nur zu verifizieren...

Das Personal am Empfang ist freundlich.. Die Parkplätze sind ziemlich schwierig, da es begrenzt ist. Aber das Zimmer ist nice.worth it.. alle Bedürfnisse sind komplett.. aber das Toilette braucht nur wenige Anpassung.. insgesamt ziemlich ok..

Friendly staff including receptionist, waitress and waiter, and car park security. Considering the low price, value for room and the most awesome thing is the room came with buffet breakfast for 3 persons, and the breakfast was really good! Overall experience is good.

Very amazing newly built hotel, near to the drawbridge and shopping malls. Comfortable bed, nice receptionist and the plus plus point is the bedding and price. Two queen sized bed for a great deal price. Carpark is always full but we managed to get a place. Recommended! Book direct with them to get a better deal. Cons- Rooms are not soundproof. Can be abit annoying if there’s kids running around outside.

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm im Hotel Seri Malaysia. Mein Zimmer war groß und es machte Bewegung innerhalb des Zimmers sehr bequem...aber Liftservice unter Wartung. Das Bett war groß und sehr komfortabel. Mehr Essen rund um hier.

Booking bilik superior king room 3d 2n (no window). Tapi boleh request nak katil king/twins single. I request 2 single bed tpi yg ni dapat yg ada window (mengadap ke depan) . Love the aesthetically design/style but cannot with their shower soap/shampoo. Can smell good and bad at the same time. Kadang ii bau okay herbs ii star anise. Kadang ii bila buka part toilet tu bau mcm public toilet dkt rnr. Cadar/blacket ada coklat mark gitu. Maybe tk hilang walaupun dh basuh. Nth la. Tak selesa nak solat very sempit ruang untuk solat sebelah singki hijau tu ha. Mula ii dpt bilik 209 pastu 4pg mcmtu staff bg tukar bilik 210 sbb aircond tkjdi kt bilik 209. Sampai berpeluh peluh tidur malam sbb dia auto. Kita tkleh adjust temp. Lastly, room tiles. Tengoklah sendiri. Tbh not recommended for u to go with friends ke sape ii sbb bilik air tu boleh nampak dri luar kau mandi. Indah khabar dari rupa. Tapi staff baik je. Oh satu lg kalau amik bilik mcmni susah sikit la nak makan dlm bilik sbb kerusi meja dia sambungan dri kepala katil tuje. Recommend duduk 18suites, cheaper, bersih, ada meja nak makan, a bit luas berbanding payang. Air coway pun disediakan ktsana.

Just OK to stay for 1 night. The room was really too small - imagine the sink could not fit into the bathroom and was located outside the bathroom. And, there were many many small ants all over the room and crawling on all the walls. We had arrived at 12pm and we had to wait for a long time for someone to turn up at reception. Then one lady arrived and checked for a long time only to tell us our room was not ready. Then, she said she would call us when our room was ready. Anyway, she lied as she did not call us at all. We turned up again at 3pm and got our room which was full of ants. I still gave a 4-star rating because of its good location where we could walk everywhere after parking our car. There was a car park behind (hourly meter paid via Touch n Go) or there were 3 free bays right outside the hotel. We tried to go to that cafe in the hotel which supposedly opened at 8am for breakfast. We arrived at 8am but the 2 ladies just refused to take our order as they said their order was not open yet. Then the guy from reception went to make his own coffee and at 8.10am we still could not order. Not sure why they were just not interested so we left and went to have breakfast in another hotel which ended up to be nicer and cheaper.

Das Personal, das nachts arbeitete, war sehr hilfreich und ich schätze es wirklich. Er half uns, die Schmutzblase zu ändern, weil mein Neffe auf der Blase erbricht. Das Hausbetreuungsteam ist auch großartig! Danke :)
