my second time book with Smile Hotel Wangsa Maju as solo trip. same cust service from previous. cust service all good. cheaper and clean. super comfy and secure. love the cleanness of the hotel! very recommended for solo and couple trips! but not for family trip.

The reception was just seconds wanted to go out to get some iftar meal when she saw my arrival. She put customer first and rush back in for my check in. My heartfelt gratitute to the reception Ms. Yana or Liana ( I cant spell her name) for her thoughtful and sincere service.

When we entered the room, it is smelly; really bad smell. Informed counter; they can’t change the room and this guy is quite bad service, no polite. After cleaned by cleaner, found heater is not functioning. Location is good but the hotel is too bad the service. We won’t come back this hotel again

Shower head can improve, aircon can improve, was quite hot in the room, took 3hrs to cool the room. Aircon looks like never maintained for years.
Long hairs found on the pillow upon entering, never clean properly.

Despite a small hotel, it has own lift. Service quite prompt and very good location with lots of restaurant nearby. It has free parking at the basement nearby but it is based on first come first serve. Comfortable room and worth the price

Overall, can say it a decent stay but not that perfect. Room is just average size, need to move the bed together to make a space for pray or sitting together. However the bed is comfortable. My bathroom door is hard to be shut and the water pipe is leaking.
Reception service is just average too, as I don't know why they take time to process the check in, also the check out staff also made me wait as he entertaining the phone call for about 5 min while I'm being standing in front of the desk. Other than that, the access card somehow has problem to unlock the door, so need to go back to the reception to call for assist. Nice stay for a budget hotel.
For parking, might be difficult to find as it's within the shop lots.

The room is big enough for my family, facilities are almost complete (mini fridge, hair dryer, iron). There is tv in the hotel but didn't function as we cannot watch it. There are lot of shops around.
