Der Service war leider nicht so gut, da die nicht bereit waren mir eine Erstattung zu geben. Der trockner funktionierte nicht. Und ich wurde unfreundlich behandelt.

Good stay at The Maple Suite it's, located near KL tower which you could even view it closely from the hotel room. Short walking distance to the main bukit bintang area and easy access to grab.

The air-cond in my room is not functioning even though a complaint has been made but still no action was taken by the hotel. The jazuzzi is broken. I asked for the hotel staff to switch on the jazuzzi but instead she switched on the sauna.

I stay 2D1N overall Okey but the aircon not very Okey

This place offers excellent value. It's a serviced apartment with complete amenities including a full kitchen, washing machine and an iron+ironing board. The furniture and appliances are a bit worn out but still functional and for what I paid I can't complain. The location in Bukit Bintang is great too and it's walking distance to the Petronas towers (about a 1 km or so), the Pavilion mall also about 1 km, and just 300 meters from Changkat.

Big apartment. Aircond inside a room is not function. And flush of another room is not function. Othe than that, the hotel is okay

Ok for Family trip and big Family, free parking, 17mimit walk to McD /KFC bukit bintang,10mimit walk for leg massage.Nice night view KL TOWER.

Nice hotel good location, walking distance to most restaurants n massage place,clean n nice view from the room,will be back to stay here again.

The suite room is big and has enough space for the whole family to sleep

The hotel staff are Friendly and I would recommend this place to others.

Follow google map and waze round many times to get to this place, in fact this is near to Verdant Hill hotel that we stayed before. Location consider further away from Jln Alor compared from previous hotel. Apartment style but old furniture & fittings with webs and broken sliding door near window, becareful with bathtub as I fell down. Shower hose was dirty and not strong. Smelly door way towards car park.

spacious rooms. great for short travel.

Old building but clean and low price. Backpackers are good place to choose, located in the city center, near to KLCC and Bukit Bintang.
