Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und hygienisch, der Service ist sehr herzlich, die Verständigung auf Chinesisch ist kein Problem und alle Fragen werden beantwortet. Und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr hoch.

Second times stay at here. Check in & check out instructions very clear and easy. Rooftop swimming pool with greatest kl city view! Can see twins tower, kl tower, TRX, love the scene especially at night. Homestay with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Overall very satisfied with my stay. Sure will choose here for my next visit to kl.

The kitchen is equipped with water dispenser and toilet have bath soap and hair wash. The hair dryer is old model but still usable. Check in strictly 3pm and cash deposit. Parking is troublesome. The lift is troublesome as keep stopping at different level as no level display. Definitely won’t come back to stay although the unit facing twin tower and is loud and noisy as near the train.

Aircond is not cold enough. Maybe bcause long time not service and maximum just can be switch to 18c , not 16. Even 18 is not enough to cold the room. And the heater for bathroom is not functioning.

The room is big and clean, provide netflix and youtube, swimming pool with skyline view, bed is comfortable. This is the second time I choose The stay hub agency because their service is fantastic. And I manage to get back my deposit on the day we checked out.

Place is big, but it's kinda old, and old amenities. Only a couple of choices to eat, although accessible to 2 convenient stores. Restos are quite expensive. Good wifi. It's ok. If I will be back maybe in a different unit. The attendants are nice and friendly. Near malls

As a woman solo traveler, i make sure that the place that i will book is safe and comfortable. However, I am not sure if this place is safe and comfortable, they cancelled my booking 5 hours before my check-in. Imagine yourself on the plane and you never open you email and you arrive at the place and found out that you have no room. Be mindful when booking here they will cancel it on the day you arrive.

This was an interesting place to stay, quite far away from the centre of KL and not the nicest area to be walking around as young females. The room wasn’t very clean and the aircon didn’t work.
