Easy access to Sg Wang plaza , lot10, plaza low yat, pavilion KL , small room , bed already spoil , noisy because soundproof not good and near main road

The reception sooo badd! The service so so low, I checkout 5am cuz i wanna go airport actually and no one served us during checkout!! SERVICE IS SO VERY VERY VERY LOWW SORRY

The bed is hard and broke down adn we can feel the spring directly very hard and hurting back The room very small and window so small Beside the location everything just not so good

Room has insects and receptionist are not welcoming.

Very convenient location. Not much expectation tho.. as it is not a 5 stars hotel.. But do expect these when you wanna stay here.. The room was not soundproof.. can hear the noise from the hallway & from the street.. There was a cold & hot water dispenser available near the lobby lift but it was not working and there were cockroaches in the hallway & in the room.. 😅😅 The management may need look into the maintenance of the water dispenser and have proper pest control..

The hotel area got quite a number of shopping stall and food selling. Behind the hotel just walk 7 mins will be able to reach Berjaya Time Square. At the front entrance of the hotel. Walking to pavilion mall just 10 - 12 mins.

Nice place to stay and near to eateries convenience  store.

They gave me room with 🪳 cockroach den. They changed room per request for me but with inconveniences. Service is very slow.

The hotel was okayish. The towels looked very old and discolored The headboard of my bed was broken. The AC made such loud noises that i had to wear noise cancelation headphones all day Also, the hotel is on a very busy road, so outside noise (music, traffic, voices) was audible until 3 am. The room had a toilet roll instead of a tissue box. The washroom was tiny, and the shower was right next to the toilet seat. I asked the front counter to send my luggage to my room, and the man who delivered it came inside and kept asking for money. The front desk staff was nice. They were about to accidentally charge me duplicate fee but when i showed them they corrected the mistake immediately

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and space to move around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. However, one downside was that the towels had a slight smell, which could be improved for a better guest experience. Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price, especially if you prioritize location and room size over minor details.

I had an amazing stay at Bitz Bintang Hotel Kuala Lumpur! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to shopping, dining, and attractions. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to KL. Highly recommended! 😊

I went to KL to see Green Day Live in Malaysia as solo traveller. This hotel placed on the centre of many malls & walking distance only to Lot 10, Sungai Wang, KL Times Square, Pavilion, Pudu & TRX

everything was okay except for the rooms are really not sound proof. i can hear phone from 2 rooms apart from me ringing. and room with windows can be uncomfortable to guests who can't sleep with too much noise. apart from that, everything was okay. services, amenities, cleanliness was good. and I got room upgrade for free too because of some issues.
