Die Lage mitten in Chinatown war super. Das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad war gut und sauber. Es gab einen Wasserspender und wir durften nach dem Checkout unser Gepäck für ein paar Stunden an der Rezeption abstellen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Sah aus wie in einem Gefängnis. Keinerlei Wohlfühlatmosphäre. War wirklicj unangenehm. Ich habe in der Nacht die Tür verriegelt weil ich Angst hatte. Der Empfang war auch nicht schön. Alles dort hat nach ******** und Alkohol gestunken.

Ich mache mir hier mehr Sorgen um die Sicherheit als um den Rest. Es gibt einen Typen im selben Hotel, der wirkt, als wäre er auf ***** und immer im Zimmer. Es ist in Ordnung, wenn er nicht rausgehen will, aber sein Verhalten war wirklich sehr seltsam

There was bed bugs in the bed and walls when I checked in and later I couldn’t take it as it was too much just like in the photo I took The guy changed me other bed in other hostel room it was much better but still got bed bugs I don’t recommend anyone stay this kitez hotel worst place even for a hostel booking I’ve been to many hostel and this is the worst The sharing bathroom 🙏🏽was the worst smelly

Located in the heart of China town, resto around so you won't have a problem. Near train station. Clean room

the room where I stayed in has a strong Naphthalene odor, and I believe that it also has bed bugs, the bathroom is good and has hot water, it has some drainage problems though. The location is good and near to metro station and basically inside the market, so if you're looking for a quiet stay it might NOT be your optimal choice. The staff is to some extent helpful but not friendly at all. Overall review I think for the same amount of money better options could be found.

The bed hygiene is very poor, with tiny bugs present. The pillow smells like saliva, and after spending a night, my whole body feels extremely itchy. The hospital confirmed that this is an allergic reaction caused by bug bites. 不要去，床上发霉，有很多虫子，！！！

Overall was good Perfect strategy location It's center of city and easy to access anywhere Well maintained with cleanliness Well mannered and corporative staff Suitable for short or long term stay

Great location on Chinatown. The check in was fast. The capsule was comfortable. I liked the balcony overlooking Jalan Petaling.

Good locations, you can find the delicious food very easily just walking around, I love it. Also, the room cleans, fulfills everything. Next time, I will be going back here.😄

It’s in the middle of China town super good location and quite cheap

During my recent stay at Kitez Hotel, I had an excellent experience that I’d love to share. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Throughout my stay, they were always available to assist with any requests or provide helpful recommendations for places to visit nearby. The facilities at Kitez Hotel were modern and well-maintained. My room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief after spending time exploring the city. The bathroom was spotless, with a good supply of toiletries, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected. The shared spaces, like the lounge area, were welcoming and offered a nice spot to relax or meet other travelers. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. While the hotel didn’t have a full restaurant, the complimentary breakfast was simple yet satisfying. They served fresh options that were perfect for starting the day. Additionally, the staff were happy to recommend nearby eateries where I could try delicious local dishes, which added to my overall experience. The location of Kitez Hotel was another big plus. Situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, it was incredibly convenient to explore major attractions like Petaling Street, Central Market, and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Public transportation was also easily accessible, making it simple to get around the city. The hotel’s central location truly added value to my stay. What stood out most about Kitez Hotel was the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that the team takes pride in ensuring guests have a memorable stay. Small touches, like having a travel guide available and personalized check-ins to ensure my comfort, made a big difference. If I had to point out an area for improvement, I’d say that the room size might feel a bit compact for travelers with a lot of luggage. However, for someone like me, who spent most of the day exploring the city, it was more than sufficient. Overall, my stay at Kitez Hotel was fantastic. The combination of friendly service, clean and comfortable facilities, and an unbeatable location made it a great choice for my trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in the city!

This place is terrible. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting—you can smell the urine from the hallway, even first exit my room. People wash their clothes in the sinks, and there’s water or some other fluid all over the bathroom floors, starting from the toilets. I always have to wipe the toilet before using it, and sometimes I have to find one that hasn’t been flushed. The Wi-Fi is in & out. The only redeeming qualities are its good location and the fact that it’s cheap. 🤷🏾♂️ To make matters worse, I couldn’t even laugh while eating because the receptionist told me I was “laughing too much” in the guest area. 💀 1/5 stars. I wish they cared more about sanitation than controlling the noise in the reception area where we’re supposed to eat. (Even though you can make noise up until 12AM so where’s the problem?) Also my socket was COMPLETELY out my wall when I got to my bed and plugged in my laptop charger. This place sucks. Couldn’t wait to leave and make this review. Then on top of that, the same employee waited until the whole day went to tell me that I didn’t have the day booked and that i had to pay an overstay fee. I’m never coming back to awful, place again. If I known there was a photo option to this, I would’ve took a LOT more photos, I couldn’t wait to leave tenfold.
