Seriously it's was horrible to start off there was condom on the kitchen and I have children (7&5). Plus the whole 2 days my aircond was leaking and there was no sleep at all even on the last day as we were leaving again the ac leaking for the 3 day. Only good is the prompt response from the staff.i really want my refund as it was the worse experience a d it's my first time complaining on any trips that we have went to

Excellent location for the price paid, 5mins walk to market, restaurants and shops. The room is spacious but a little dated. The check-in process was smooth, it's a shame check in is at 3 and check out is at 12, should be 24hour stay. Linda was great in communication and accessibility for support. Hotel is located at Ramada so you have access to gym, pool etc. Overall good stay and would recommend

The location is perfect. But i suggest them try so fix thing inside room . Like bedroom and cupboard. And towel also. The towel is super yellow and broken big hole. And pls update some Chanel for tv.

Very nice apartment. Good staff. Clean room. The room has everything you need, 2 bottles of water, washing powder, 2 stikcs of coffee, shower gel, shampoo, Soft slippers, iron, hair dryer, tableware, tissue, towels. Good location. I recommend this hotel. Good swimming pool. And I will definitely come back here

Overall experience is great but only sad is the car park rate very expensive not considered we are the guest we don't any free car parking ticket as we stay 04 nights . The hotel I stay one nights they provided me free car parking ticket what disappointed. Next time will visit again .

The curtains were torn, needs replacement and the shower gel and shampoo had an awkward 😬 smell

The lady host was suppose to take RM 100 deposit but she did not koz i left early morning . So i left the key in the table , switch off the ac and the lights as well as she requested . This hotel/ appartment have several agents , i will book with her later . The previous another agent did not accept for 1 hr early check in except against payment .

Pros - the view is great. - cleanliness is good - Some of the amenities are good - air conditioning is cold - tables, sofa & tv are provided - booking deposit are paid on the spot upon check out Cons - the parking management is horrible. It is too confusing. Kindly pay rm20 and take the all time parking ticket. The person in charge doesn’t explain properly or stated well in the website causing confusion and fought - the water bidet is broken - some of the furniture and cupboards are old and broken - small tv with no Netflix, Disney or prime. Software not updated - body bath and shower given are very bad quality

Really enjoy staying here, the room have lots of facilities like kitchen, dining table, laundry machine, balcony, wifi , free Netflix account, umbrella and even the healing chair in case u want to chill at the balcony. Oh and they even provide slippers for the room. Other than that, the building are at the center of city and have gym and pool! AND THE PRICE NOT EVEN REACH RM150 A NIGHT???!!!! Definitely coming back here again!!! Would be better if the fix some of the light in the room and also provide a mouse for the tv. But overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First of all, the place is very well located, it's close to everything. Nice condo and all, but the sheets and pillowcases smell and haven't been cleaned at all. There are small hairs visible on the bed. Other than that, the location and condo itself are quite nice.
