Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, der Swimmingpool ist wunderschön, und am wichtigsten ist, dass ihr Service sehr gut ist, es lohnt sich wirklich, es ist ein 5-Sterne-Service, sehr gut, wenn Sie irgendwelche Probleme haben, fragen Sie sie einfach, sie werden Ihnen helfen.

Dieses Hotel ist einfach fantastisch! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in ging schnell. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und das Bett unglaublich bequem. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch zum Essen und Reisen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ausgezeichnet. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten!

We had a wonderful stay at Quill by Avery. The room layout was excellent and comfortably accommodated our family of eight. The housekeeper/customer service（Agnes ,Xiwei and Jieen )provided great service throughout our stay, making everything smooth and convenient. The location is perfect right in the city centre and it’s directly connected to a large shopping mall with plenty of food and beverage options. Overall, a very enjoyable and convenient experience. Highly recommended!

Security in the building is excellent — you need an access card to enter, which feels safe. The lifts and hallways are very clean and well-kept.

衞生是可以的，整體風格也很不錯，但是管家不知道房間的Wi-Fi密碼，給了兩次都是錯的，説去幫我問問就沒回音了，我覺得很震驚，感覺他們並沒有做好做民宿的準備，房間裏的設施也沒有做好使用説明，和我在亞庇住的簡直天壤之別。難道管家衹負責收收按金嗎
