This is our first trip to KL for holiday. Booking accommodation can be tricky when you can only see from the photos. After staying at Agile Bukin Bintang by Avery, we were quite impressed with the apartment. The services were excellent from booking, checkin to checkout. We always got timely responses from our hosts. The apartment is nicely setup and elegantly styled. It’s closed to most of places we planned to visit. There are cafes, bakery, restaurants and lots of local eatery within walking distance where we went for breakfast/dinner. It is a manageable walk to large shopping complexes such as TRX, Pavillon and Time square etc. Petrona tower, aquarium, Botanical garden, bird park and other tourist places only a short Grab ride away. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if we definitely will stay here again when we visit KL in the near future.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed by how clean the fridges are. That is one place I often attest to how much effort a management puts in. The beds, sofas and cushions were very comfortable. Toilets came with amenities like toothbrush, shower caps, great quality toilet paper. But the one downside is the drainage of the shower isn't great and drying floor mats are not provided so it tends to get a little slippery when you exit the shower. Netflix access is provided, wifi isn't great but it works. Also conveniently located. I highly recommend the sourdough shop near lobby B. It's delish. The staff were nice and patient. Will definitely come back for a longer stay again.

Overall a pleasant stay,it's clean. The staff spoke Chinese and were very friendly and helpful. The only issues were long waits for the elevator during check-out and not being able to get in a few times as it was too crowded. A floor mat outside the restroom would also be a nice addition.

Although I only stayed for one night, the experience was excellent! The room looked exactly like the photos – clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed that allowed me to rest well. The environment was quiet, and the location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. The host’s manager was very friendly, responded quickly, and thoughtfully provided all the check-in details, which made the whole process smooth. Overall, it was even better than I expected. Highly recommended for anyone traveling or staying here short-term!

It’s my best staycation ever at KL City Centre.
At the swimming pool you can see a lot of city lights of the skyscraper.
The nearby condo has Pavillion Shopping Mall,PETRONAS TWIN TOWER ,KL TOWER ,AQUARIA ,etc. All walking distance are within 2km.
The rooms the facilities are almost completed .

Amazing Experience! Agile by Avery Kuala Lumpur – Great Location & Stunning Night Views
I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Agile by Avery Kuala Lumpur! The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from the KLCC Twin Towers and Pavilion Shopping Mall. With plenty of dining options and easy access to the metro, it’s perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.
The room features a modern design and is impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding and a spotless bathroom. Daily housekeeping ensured a pleasant and tidy stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking night view from the higher floors—floor-to-ceiling windows offered a mesmerizing panorama of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline, especially the glittering Twin Towers at night!
The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze, and they were quick to resolve any requests. Given the prime location, stunning views, and top-notch service, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone visiting KL!

Overall experience was good.
Staffs were helpful and responsive to our enquiries. Location is great as well, just a 5 mins walk to TRX.
One thing we were unsatisfied is that plenty of the sockets are unusable. Also the first night when we were waiting at the lobby...the aircon was off, we and the other guests were all sweaty. Hopefully some improvements can be done on these.
