Check-in: dauert zu lange, nur 1 Mitarbeiter am Schalter. Plötzlich kam ein weiterer Mitarbeiter und kümmerte sich um die Leute hinter mir. Und ich warte immer noch auf den Check-in. Der Mitarbeiter telefonierte, während er mich bediente. So schlechter Service. KEINE KLARE ANWEISUNG FÜR DEN CHECK-IN. DIE RESIDENZ IST 3 BLOCKS WEG! Wir müssen unsere Einheit selbst finden!!! Auch die Parkanweisungen sind nicht klar!!!!!! NICHT EMPFOHLEN FÜR GROSSE FAMILIEN mit Kindern. Swimmingpool: Die Tante erlaubte meinen Kindern nicht, in den Pool zu gehen, da sie keine Swimmingpool-Kleidung trugen, sondern Trikots. Ich sah andere Kinder im Pool, die T-Shirts und Baumwollkleidung trugen!!! Wie kommt das???? Dummheit!!! Die Einheit ist in Ordnung mit Blick auf KLCC und alle Zimmer waren gut. Das ist der Pluspunkt. INSGESAMT NICHT EMPFOHLEN WEGEN DES SERVICES. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht aufdrehen. Boilerwasser ist nicht heiß genug. Sofa fleckig … Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe der Twin Towers, zu Fuß in ca. 15 Min. In der Nähe gibt es eine Food Street.

Last-Minute-Plan, zum Glück noch ein Zimmer hier bekommen. Das Einchecken im Gasthof verlief reibungslos. Muss bei der Sicherheitsdepot-Gebühr von etwa 200 RM warten und komme nach 2 Tagen zurück. Kostenloser Parkplatz für 1 Auto. Mehr als das können gegen Gebühr im Keller parken. Alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage, aber im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur einen Ventilator. Hängt davon ab, welche Art von Zimmer Sie wählen. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer und vom Pool war fantastisch.

this is my second time stay at legasi kampong baharu homestay..i like to stay here because the homestay is nearby to lrt station, saloma bridge, 4 minutes walking to klcc, a lot of food “Syurga Makanan”..will come again next time

The place i terms of location is great as it is in the city of kuala lumpur hence not far to places of attraction. But, unfortunately it is the most inconvenient stay i have stayed for homestay. I travel alot so convenience is key for me. (1) Check in time was 4pm though i got to request early check in by 3pm so that helps (2) the no self check in and check out was troublesome. (Yes there were instructions of where to go and etc but it was just so inconvenient having to go to reception do this and tht, sign this and tbat when all these cna be done digitally. (3) U need to request to get access to pool so we need to 'plan' and cant randomly go (4) the furniture - table was very wobbly (5) bathroom bidet had its own way of functioning

Me, my wife, my kids all were subject to dirty linen and bed bugs. We raised this to the management but they insisted their sheets were clean. I volunteered to pay for the night I stayed, and refund only the nights that hadn't passed, they refused and started ignoring my WhatsApp. I went to IKEA and bought my own 300RM pillow and true enough I had no more such itches. They denied the bed bugs but look at the pictures of my son's hand.

Location: Easy access to lrt station Cleanliness: overall OK. Found hair on pillow Service: kind of late check in time. Already call 1hr before arrival and confirmation on room readiness is slow. Texted to request toilet roll and even go to reception for request still slow response in providing. Amenties: Overall OK for short stay, basic requirements fulfill

Check in and check out is fast but my deposit still not receive. Spoke with their staff and told that i will receive my deposit on 16th Oct but never receive. Contacted them again on 17th Oct and said will deposit bur never receive. Check out on 14th October 2024 and its been 3 days. I have to chase them for my deposit. This is my first time staying at a Homestay and it will surely be my last. Horrible experience.

The units are located in separate apartments of a residential building. There is a metro station below. The house is surrounded by a very authentic area. Before check-in, clear and understandable instructions and rules are given. Great pool with great views of the twin towers. The apartment had a good panoramic view of the city.

Location is the strong point. the type of room I stayed is a twin room which there is a connected door and someone (I think an owner) stayed in the next room. They were so noisy and watched television so loudly at night. On the ground floor, there is a minimart where you can find everything to eat and for your daily uses. Bad thing, I went to the agency office early before check-in time. I have to pay for luggages deposit to go out. (maybe 30-50 MYR)

In term of cleanliness: Just check in already saw small cockroach not 1 but 5 or more small cockroach passing by the carpet, near the entrance door and sofa.. Overall location and view is the best. only few point need to improve specially the deposit return not as stated. Deposit Rm200 via bank transfer is needed before/when check in.. But deposit refund take longer time (indicate on counter within 1-2working days) but on the 4 working day i whatsapp then they reply..

- AC was working very badly - Admin ignored my question about AC in WhatsApp - they don't provide bottle of waters - they don't provide sleepers - Also difficult to find because office and the room are two different blocks
