I have stayed here for 3 times. I like the concept of this hotel and location. Location is excellent. 5 mins walk to Masjid Jamek Station and 10 mins walk to Chinatown. You can walk to Pasar Seni but extremely hot in the afternoon. There are many local restaurants nearby. The front desk is polite and kindness. Also the laundry is available at 12th floor for RM21.8 (wash and dry). You have to buy laundry token at reception. I have stayed in no window room once but I reccomend you to stay the room with window (city view). You might hear construction noise from street but I didn't care about it. You needn't bring toothpaste.

Walkable distance to Petaling Street. Room is big and good enough for the stay!

Hotel's perfect for solo travelers / couples - it's clean, pretty and very new. As it's a co-living space, Level 12 is dedicated area for the gym, play games, cook / keep your food, wash clothes etc. There's also a cafe at the first floor, which is pretty good. Hotel is super convenient as it's located right in front of Muzium Telekom, less than 5 minutes walk from cafes such as Kleptokrat, Big Boss HSP etc. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest MRT (Masjid Jamek).

This hotel is really charming, modern and perfectly located. We loved our room (the design and it was clean), the kitchen looks really fancy, the breakfast was tasty and the bar was nice too. I would recommend it to everyone.

We got upgraded for free to the 1 of a kind room during check in. The room comes with a window view although it's not fantastic. There are a few amenities in the hotel such as a gym, cooking lounge and washing machine. Breakfast included in the room package. and there're 3 options to choose from.

Booked a room that’s suitable for solo travellers and it was really good. Nothing too extravagant. Comfortable for a short trip. The communal areas are pleasant and not too crowded so you don’t have to worry about queuing to use the washing machine. One not so good thing about this is when booking Grab. Riders/drivers seem to have an issue finding about this hotel as it’s quite new. I’ve got my grab cancelled multiple times because the driver got lost. So the next best thing is to put your pick up/drop off location as Museum Telekom and cross over to get to the hotel.

Solo traveler. Spent almost a week there. Very pleasant and well designed hotel, location is quite good, although not much around to just walk pleasantly, like a park or something. But city center is really close, and Chinatown is also nearby. No grocery shop nearby, so you have to go to a metro station, which is not far, but still. Full (public) kitchen is there, as well as gym, thats cool! On reception I was told there's no daly room cleaning and towels switching, but actually there is, while there's no "don't disturb" sign at all in the room, so yeah.. Important! I went to this hotel because it looked good and I liked that there is like a public space on top level to maybe meet other people, like in the hostel, was thinking can maybe meet and talk to someone there. Because for the same amount of money at this hotel you are basically getting at least 2x times bigger individual (and good) apartment on Airbnb or something, with your own kitchen, refrigerator, and stuff. But turns out - yeah, basically nobody hangs out there, so you have the same thoughts - you'd be better off just finding the apartment, would be much bigger and comfortable. Also - internet is not very fast there, like 4 MB/sec. And every day it loses authorisation so you need to log in again.. and again :)

Good place but room have very super bad smell from toilet staff wash out oso very bad smell but customer service very good after 5pm it’s super super traffic jam outside make sure go out b4 4:30pm and morning go out after 10am is better then jam on traffic thanks

New hotel located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Very minimalist design and the room is clean. Dedicated parking area beside the hotel.

Very clean. Polite staff. Requested for an hour more to check out; no issues. Walking distance to Masjid Jamek Station and Petaling Street. Room amenities are good except for no refrigerator.

The room is clean and cozy. The place is closed to popular attractions. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Love the concept and very well thought out spaces. My room was comfortable and very minimal disturbance despite being right in front of the lift lobby. Staff are friendly and always happy assist. I come KL work trips frequently and Lyf will definitely be my top choice of accommodation as long it’s not too far from where I need go for meetings. It requires guests to also pick up after themselves most of the time and it is nice to know that common areas are generally almost clean and tidy. They provide baskets for you to contain all your pantry items in 1 place. Even sticker labels with markers are provided! Feels like a community and every one plays a part to keep the whole place nice and pleasant!
