Der Preis des Zimmers war angemessen, da es während einer malesischen Feiertage sowie eines langen Wochenendes war. Unser Zimmer (Suite) kommt mit einem kleineren Zimmer mit einem beigefügten Badezimmer, das für die vier von uns bequem ist. Beide Zimmer sind mit Standard-Ausstattung ausgestattet, was ein Pluspunkt ist. Die Lage des Hotels wurde hinter der Hauptstraße gedrückt, so dass es minimal Lärm von den Straßen gab. Der Ein- und Auscheckprozess war problemlos. In einem Nutshell ist dieses Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Kuantan gut bezahlt.

One night stay and the room is big enough to accommodate 3 persons actually. They got bath tub, shower, all the amenities inside the room. So far so good. Great stays. Thanks Zenith.

Second time staying , was simple , good and clean as usual . Shower pressure was superb and beds were firm . Would be great if their cafe reopen and have a light breakfast provided . so we wouldn’t need to rush out to buy food for the kids . Beside that staff was friendly

The rooms at Grand Darul Makmur Hotel are spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously clean. I stayed in a deluxe room with modern amenities such as a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The panoramic views from the room were breathtaking, offering a glimpse of the city skyline or the lush greenery surrounding the hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you prefer local Malaysian cuisine or international dishes, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The attentive staff made sure that every guest's dining needs were met, adding to the overall dining pleasure. The hotel's facilities are impressive, including a fully-equipped fitness center and a refreshing swimming pool. After a long day of exploring the city, I found solace in unwinding by the poolside, soaking in the serene ambiance and indulging in some well-deserved relaxation. Furthermore, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety measures is commendable, especially in light of current global circumstances. I felt reassured knowing that stringent hygiene protocols were in place throughout the property. Overall, my experience at Grand Darul Makmur Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the impeccable service to the comfortable accommodations and excellent dining options, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. Rooms was so spacious, super single size bed, near with the famous celup tepung restaurant, near to beach ( not very clean tapi so cantik ). Near with local restaurant too. Will definitely come again if pergi Kuantan!

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.

What's so good about this hotel? 1. Hospitality: the stuffs are soooooo friendly. They make me feel so welcomed. 2. Child-friendly: free clean cot is provided upon request. They have a kid pool and kid room too. 3. Clean beach: the hotel do really put their effort in protecting the beach. No rubbish at all. The downside? 1. A little bit hassle in checking in: spent half an hour or more in the checkin process. 2. Beach with big wave: not so suitable for swimming or other beach activities 3. Less option for food: there are only 2 restaurants available. Food menu is limited. In a nutshell, this hotel is a hidden gem. I will definitely revisit this hotel if I travel to Kuantan again!

I spent 3 days 2 nights here with my family for vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The process, from unloading our luggage to checking in at the reception, was smooth and efficient. The porter and reception staff were polite and beaming with smiles. We stayed in a studio room, as we needed more space for our active child to move around. The room was in tip top condition—spacious, newly renovated with chic design, and maintained at the highest level of cleanliness. I would say, what you see on Trip is exactly what you get! I want to give special recognition to the Swiss Care team, especially a sweet and polite lady named Sihma (Swiss Care #1), who promptly and efficiently responded to all of our calls. She went the extra mile to ensure all our reasonable requests were met. The swimming pool attendants were diligent in their duties, ensuring the safety of all swimmers. Syed Lukman is one of them. The breakfast provided was consistently replenished to accommodate all diners. I especially enjoyed the nasi lemak on the second day—the meat was tender, perfectly spiced, and juicy. Kudos to the chefs and café staff for their excellent skills! I also noticed that a few middle-aged Malaysian aunties were employed as part-time workers in the café during the busy weekend. Despite their age, they worked efficiently and professionally. I think this is a commendable practice, providing job opportunities while boosting the local economy. The lobby and main facilities were a bit run-down, but I didn’t mind since they are currently undergoing upgrades, which are expected to be completed by next year. I’m excited to return when the renovations are finished!

Ich liebe die Aussicht, und das Hotel ist sauber, es ist ein bisschen klein für Familien. Aber es ist ok. Die Strandbar Puteh ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal war freundlich und das Essen ist fantastisch. Den Preis und die Aussicht wert. Gut für Instagrammer. Reibungsloser Check-in und Check-out. Aber das Frühstück ist frustriert, Lontong war in Ordnung, aber Nasi Minyak, Bubur und Müsli ist so schlecht, ich glaube nicht, dass der Koch kochen kann. Es ist in Ordnung, wenn sie nur wenige Lebensmitteloptionen haben, aber bitte kochen Sie mit ganzem Herzen. Aber der Rest dieses Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Werde wieder kommen

Unsere erweiterte Familie - insgesamt 32 Pax hatte unser Familientag in diesem Resort letztes Wochenende. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit! Dieses Hotel hat eine Reihe von Schwimmbads, die die Kinder sicher lieben werden. Es ist fast wie ein Mini-Wasserpark. Das Hotelgebiet ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten das Hotel organisierte Telematchspiele für unsere Gruppe auf einem Feld innerhalb des Hotelkomplexes. Die Hotelpersonal, die die Spiele für uns organisierten, waren auch nett, freundlich und lustig. Es war großartig für uns! Das Hotel ist ein Strandhotel, aber leider war der öffentliche Strand vor dem Hotel während unseres Aufenthalts ziemlich schmutzig. Wahrscheinlich wegen der hohen Regenfälle und Regen. Da wir wegen des Covid19 noch unter Bewegungskontrolle sind, gibt es SOPs, die wir folgen müssen, aber kein Problem überhaupt für uns. Für die Mahlzeiten, das Hotel organisiertes Bankettstil, das in einem privaten Raum für uns serviert. Das war wirklich nett und machte viel Unterschied für uns. Wir hatten BBQ Abendessen und wir konnten unsere eigene Talentshow haben, da das Zimmer nur für unsere Gruppe ist. Das Essen serviert Buffet-Stil für uns und es war lecker! Das Hotel ist ein altes Hotel, aber ich glaube, es wurde kürzlich renoviert. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Aber das Toilette ist ziemlich grundlegende. Zurzeit bietet das Hotel sehr, sehr gute Preise. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für große Gruppen, die Teamaktivitäten haben möchten. Viele Aktivitäten können hier organisiert werden.
