The location of Rocana Hotel is very convenient, especially for shopping and getting around the area. However, the hotel is quite old and the rooms could use some maintenance.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall environment was nice and relaxing. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Good value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staying for a few days for the FMSC event held at SASICC. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Got 3 pillows. The first hotel ever has 3 pillows in each bed. Love it. Comfy as hell. The toilet and bathroom combo is very clean as well as spacious. And thank goodness a fully enclosed door top to bottom with strong ventilation And the window is clouded. So it will not be weird to stay with friends when bathing. I mean, not all rooms are used romantically. The only thing missing is no arah Kiblat for my friends. But after calling the operator they sent someone to guide the location. Limited parking space but we always got the spot. Near 2 big malls. All the nice pictures I uploaded are whatapp status... Not in my gallery. Sad.

Very good value for money. Walk in price $200+ but Trip price $100+. Room spacious. With 2 bed side cabinets plus a long desk, there's still plenty of space even though we used 2 trolley luggage. Only downside is our room next door with children playing, shouting, crying and we can hear it at night.....

Location . one of the best location in Kuantan city . Near to everywhere . Room is adequate and value for money . breakfast is decent . i think the best for tourist class in Kuantan

Overall okay. Big room & spacious.

The only thing need to improved is the power socket install to near with the table which unable to use when you want to charge your electronics item. It required to use extension cord, however the hotel do not provide such facilities.

Solo traveller. Had to stay for a night. Personally I feel the hotel is at the heart of the city. Having 3 malls at walking distance - Kuantan mall, Berjaya mall and EC mall. Easy food access. Big and spacious room.

On business trip. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Call me to give better service. The room bed is comfortable and housekeeping did very well.

Very good location, walking distance to places I need to go to. Room is clean with comfortable bed though shower a bit slow and toilet seat mismatch. Breakfast is basic but sufficient
