It is convenient to reach all locations I wanted to. Breakfast is good very day. Room services is better than expected. Repair of air conditioning was fast and very effective.

It was my first time trying the hotel's breakfast. It might be Ramadan, so the breakfast didn't end until 10. The breakfast was very simple. The most disappointing thing was that the cereal bread was moldy, which made me very dissatisfied.

The location of the hotel is the main selling point, near to shopping malls and eateries. The service is average, although they did prepare vegetarian noodle breakfast for us. The room is not fancy, without carpet and does not provide basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste.

Location in center of Kuantan, Complimentary indoor parking although limited availability. Comfortable stay although furniture is quite run down.

Friendly customer service and nice food. Nearby with shopping complex.

I came here many times and everytime for its service and strategic location to mall , food and convenience to meet business peers

Nice hotel located in the middle of Ktown, only a stone’s throw to KCM. Got ourselves twin bed & the room was spacious, extra love the comfy pillow! Definitely gonna repeat! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was strategic as well which make it a good spot to stay. However, need to avoid staying at the rooms facing the pub which may caused some noise during the night.

The hotel was surrounded by lots of restaurants. A shopping mall was behind the hotel. It's very convenient. It was a good location to stay. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just one thing is the soundproof is bad. Someone was making noise at midnight without consideration of others.
