A little out of the old town center but only 5-10 mins. The Room was a very good size and looks quite new. The staff were really helpful. The room rquite a few little bits and pieces available butwas across the street from a convenice store. I really enjoyed my stay there

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer super Lage. Sowohl der Check-In als auch der Check-Out waren einfach, schnell und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind riesig, modern und sauber. Das Badezimmer ist mit tollen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Preis/Leistung voll in Ordnung.

Das Hotel bietet sehr schöne und große Zimmer und es ist zentral in Krakau gelegen. Preislich war es günstig und das Personal war auch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles was es verspricht hält es ein und die Sauberkeit war auch tadellos! Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Art Boutique! Freundliches Personal, die Suiten sind sehr gut eingerichtet wit Nespresso Maschine. Es gab auch kostenloses Mineralwasser und sehr gute Kosmetikprodukte, die Reinigung war auch sehr gut. Die Lage ist einfach nur Perfekt, direkt im Zentrum mit Restaurants, Bars und Hotspots!

Super zentral und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen 24h check-in und wer parken will kann sich einen Platz reservieren. Kommen gerne wieder. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und die Zimemr sehr geräumig und ordentlich eingerichtet - wer in einen Stadtrip macht ist hier genau richtig

After a horrible experience with another hotel, we booked this hotel last minute. The staff was incredibly nice and informed us about the possibility for early check in. They also let us know by text. The hotelroom was very clean. The location is perfect. Because of the inside garden, the hotel was very quit. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice, cozy hotel with its own underground parking, in the city center. The girl at the reception is very professional, friendly, allowed to leave the car in the parking lot after check-in while we were walking around the city! Thank you, we will definitely come back to you

Stayed in the family room with 4 adults . There is a bedroom separate from the main room with a double bed and the main room has 2 x single beds. Room was spacious and very clean . Housekeeping daily with clean towels supplied and rituals shower gel , shampoo and conditioner . Hotel is in a great location near the old town square and park and also has a couple of cafes and a Vietnamese restaurant called Bonjour Pho which was absolutely fabulous. There is nothing I could fault about the hotel or location. Would stay again if returning

Perfect hotel, perfect location, friendly staff. Starbucks, supermarket and restaurants all right outside the hotel on the same street. Everything you need is within walking distance. Don't waste your time looking for other hotels in the center of Krakow, this one is a safe bet.
