You have to go to Yarden Hotel by Artery Hotels for the reception. I was rather happy to be assigned to Yarden Hotel by Artery Hotels rather than the apartment I booked. However, Hotel needs a notice so that who can know the location of the reception. Roo was a little cold because the heating didn't come out in winter.

Good room, a little bit difficult to get into since the check in is not managed by the same hotel but by another hotel on the other side of the street, other than that it is a good hotel.

It was very difficult to find the reception, as they are two different properties.I would suggest you to please provide the reception address in your email.

I can only say, please don’t get attracted by the pictures.

Hotel has a good location close to central railway station and old town. The building has elevator, it is comfortable for people with luggages. Breakfast has a good variety and a nice location in the garden. There are bottles of water and tea/coffee in the room, iron and desk. Good place for a short stay.

Заселили не в тот отель , чьо был на фото. агрументируя ремонтом Чистенько, лифт работал. завтрак очень хороший, шведский стол. кофе чудный.

It's difficult to give a fair stars review as some aspects were very good and others not . The pictures advertising the facility are not true . The appartments are on a street with no greenery or park ...the park is within walking distance . The access to the appartments is eery with locked gates etc .Even though Karakow is described as very safe with low crime rate I'm not sure if I was a solo traveller that this would be the place for me . The rooms themselves which we expected are old but the cobwebs on the ceilings could do with been removed. There is no phone access in the room or fire alarms . There is no direct access to reception unless you physically cross the road . The tram outside runs all night. The fact that the hotel supplies ear plugs raised concerns for us . That said they worked a treat!! No available restaurant as advertised. The positives Close to the city centre Beds were very comfortable Breakfast very good with packed breakfast supplied for 6 am day tour trip

Located just 10mins walk from main station & 15mins walk to the main square it is ideally situated. There is a tram service right outside which can be bit noisy if you have a room on street side but windows block a lot of noise. Very clean and good amenities, kettle and cups, had fan I room which was brilliant. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom great. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice of hot or cold foods. We were able to leave our luggage in reception on our last day. Although it was very busy when we went to collect and service was a bit slow. Staff were pleasant and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked a cheap wowcher deal and was allocated this hotel. It was perfect. Large twin room with a balcony. Excellent shower. Small tv. Kettle with coffee and tea. Yes the room did overlook the street below and yes there was some noise from the traffic and trams but it really didn’t disturb us at all. Other reviews say they found it difficult to find as the reception is across the street from the abella suites in the Yarden Hotel. But I read our check in instructions clearly and went directly to the Yarden Hotel. Check in was simple and we were shown to our room by a member of staff who shows you how to get in to the building and use the lift if required. Check out was also easy. Very friendly staff. There is a fabulous bakery / cafe next door if breakfast is not included in your stay. It was a 15 minute easy walk to the main square.

The apartments were dated and need of refurbishment. However, for what we paid they were great value for money. The rooms were large, beds comfortable and serviced daily. Reception was helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The Rooms were approximately a 15 minute walk to the Old Town, so in a great location for site seeing on foot. We would definitely use them again if we go back to Krakow.

We have been staying here for 1 week. The check in is not easy, difficult to know that the reception was in another hotel across the street. The location is perfect, walking distance to almost every thing. But the rooms are without any kind of air conditioning, impossible to let the windows open at night, too much noise from traffic in the road. If you want a good night sleep, find another hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a double bedroom with a little balcony, armchairs and a coffee table. Overall the place was nice and the beds comfortable. However it was complicated to find as reception is across the street and it is not very well indicated. Staff were nice and very helpful in finding our room. Also, if reception doesn't give it to you straight away, you will need to ask for a blue badge to be able to open the front door and the gate leading to the stairs of the apartment if go out at night.

Hotel is decent, comfy beds and large, clean rooms, decor could do with an update. Check in is at a different hotel across the road, we were not told this in advance however I had seen it in previous reviews. Make sure you bring your earplugs, the trams are extremely loud and the windows are paper thin. Connecting walls are also paper thin so could hear our next door neighbours loud and clear. Breakfast was good, decent selection, as a vegetarian I usually suffer but there were decent veggie options. Location is great, just a short walk to the main centre and a little bit further to the train station. Overall good value for money
