Hotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

Hôtel très agréable avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Les repas sont très corrects. L'aire de jeu intérieure et la piscine sont des plus. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un court séjour.

Nie mieliśmy wielkich oczekiwań, ale jednak 4 gwiazdki o czymś powinny świadczyć. Zaczęło się miło, obsługa sympatyczna. Potem zaczęło się sypać. Najpierw w pokoju było zimno, więc włączyliśmy klimatyzację na grzanie (bo nie ma w pokojach kaloryferów), po godzinie temperatura się nie zmieniła, jedynie głośno chodził wiatrak i czuć było na maksa wyschnięte powietrze. W międzyczasie poprosiliśmy na recepcji o szlafroki na basen oraz dodatkowe poduszki, miały zostać przyniesione do pokoju w przeciągu 20 minut. Po 40 minutach poszliśmy na recepcję i dopiero tam Pani recepcjonistka musiała sama szlafroki przynieść. Poinformowaliśmy również, że chyba nie działa grzanie, zostaliśmy przeniesieni od razu do innego pokoju, więc przynajmniej to na plus. Basen bardzo kiepski, dość zimny (i woda, i powietrze), pewnie dlatego tłumy w saunie. Cała podłoga pozalewana wychlapaną wodą, pani ratownik siedzi i czeka chyba aż ktoś się poślizgnie... Leżaki tragicznie niewygodne, po 15 minutach tyłek drętwiał. Ogólnie strefa rekreacyjna zrobiona na odpier chyba tylko po to, żeby była ta dodatkowa gwiazdka. Ściany i drzwi w hotelu bez żadnego wygłuszenia. Do północy słuchaliśmy jak po korytarzu biegają dzieci i krzyczą, rano obudziły nas również te same dźwięki. Śniadanie w formie bufetu. Jak za 60 zł, to baaardzo liche. Ogólnie "restauracja" hotelowa bardziej przypomina stołówkę, same stoły 8-10 osobowe. Głośno i tłoczno. Mały wybór jedzenia, jego wygląd średnio apetyczny, wątpliwa jakość. Nie polecam. Hotel z tych, co ujdą tylko jeśli przyjeżdżacie się wyłącznie przespać. Nie mam zastrzeżeń co do czystości, jedynie wystój już zajeżdża komuną.

Pobyt ok. Szkoda że w łazience jest wanna - nie wiem czy tylko w naszym pokoju czy we wszystkim. Pokój duży łazienka również. W cenie pokoju dostęp do basenu i sauny

I would class this hotel 3* overall. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned daily and bottled water was provided daily in the room, alongside tea/coffee. The fridge temperature in our room wasn’t what it should be and the tv only had 1 English Channel which was 24 depressing news. The tv was not a big deal as we spent most of our time being out. The sauna after a long day of walking was great - we didn’t use the pool - but the hotel ran out of robes by 7pm, which was disappointing but not a huge deal as we could get the lift from the sauna to our room without having to walk through too much public space. The breakfast had a decent selection of cold meats, cheeses, breads, pancakes, cereal, pastries, fruit and hot choices of beans, scrambled eggs and continental sausages with onions. Sometimes they offered vegetables left over from the dinner the night before! The dinner was ok - we only ate there once, I’d recommend eating out. The guy on reception didn’t smile once but the lady was much more hospitable and friendly. Bolt taxi to the main square in the Old Town was very reasonable. There’s nothing to do around the hotel so we used it literally to sleep and have breakfast in.

This was booked as part of a package and I’m fairly sure the hotel markets ITSELF as a four star hotel, which I can assure you it is not! Perhaps it would have been in the 1960’s, but certainly not now. It is clean, and the staff are….efficient but not friendly. The room is very, VERY, tired, as is the rest of the hotel. It looks like it could do with some investment to update the decor (actual bleach stain across the carpet would have had other hotels replacing the carpet immediately). The beds are very comfortable for us but could be a little hard for some. We booked a queen double however, it was two single beds pushed together without them being secured together. Playing pop goes the weasel at 3 am is not fun when the beds drift apart and we disappear down the gap!!!! Breakfast is varied but with many things most would not want to eat, the boiled carrots and broccoli were a particular highlight!It’s a very basic hotel and would suit many on a very restricted budget positioned not far from the places people want to visit. Decent transport links into the old town position the hotel in a good place and if the owners were to invest the money and time it could be a great place to base yourself for a visit to Krakow. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again

The biggest problem with this hotel is the staff's attitude... They make you feel as if you are an annoyance to them. They turn lights down before the breakfast has officially finished as if to say "leave now" and when asked to turn the lights back up, they reply "oh, you cannot see, can you?!" - shocking!!! They don't make eye contact and have a terrible manner and walk around with a scowl. I think the more experienced staff/floor managers do a great disservice to the younger members of the team by discouraging hospitable behaviour (e.g. telling them to ignore a guest's request to refill a juice machine because "breakfast is finishing in 5 minutes anyway"... so who cares about the paying guests, right?!). Housekeeping is a joke as they either don't turn up or create an illusion of having been there (e.g. folding a wet towel and placing it as if it was fresh, not replacing dirty glasses). The interior of the hotel rooms is dated (shabby wallpaper, bathroom fan and the fridge not working), but I guess you could live with that if the staff were welcoming and friendly - they really are not (with an exception of one receptionist and a chap behind the bar - the rest just need a long, hard look at themselves in the mirror; they are clearly unhappy about something but taking it out on their guests is not the answer!

We used the services of the Best Western Premier Krakow Hotel, the staff was extremely uncomfortable, the order was for 2 adults and 2 children, an extra bed was prepared for only one child, the reception told me that no one ordered additional bedding and a towel for another child. After an exchange of views, the missing bedding was delivered to us. Furthermore, the cleaning of the room was appalling. The hotel's facilities were a tragedy. In one room the fridge didn't work at all, in the other room it was so hot instead of cooling, there was scattered furniture, loose tiles in the bathroom, broken safe, TV dust, poor ventilation, broken air conditioning and a corrugated floor on the fourth floor in the hallway. This hotel was qualified as a 4 star hotel in 1985, but not today. The photos in their presentation are beautiful, but unfortunately they do not identify with the reality Ternto hotel never knows...

Following reasons why I won't visit this hotel again NO FREE CAR PARK FOR GUESTS FRIDGE DOESN'T WORK IN THE ROOM LACK OF GREETING FROM THE YOUNG RECEPTIONIST THE PUBLIC COMPUTERS DON'T WORK IN THE LOBBY OR CLOSE TO THE RECEPTION COLD AND LOW QUALITY EVENING BUFFET AND HIGH PRICE BORING FOR CHILDREN/ NO PLAYGROUND OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES EXCEPT A SMALL POOL

The room was a bit on a small side, so it was a tight fit for three people and their luggage. However, the beds, mattresses, bedsheets, and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was small as well. Everything was very clean. There is no refrigerator in the room, what they have is what they call a mini bar, it is basically a cooler. I was told that if we put something cold in there, it will keep the temperature for a few hours, but it does not produce any coldness. It was a big bummer because we needed to store some of our food in a refrigerator. At the same time, there was a little kettle with a bunch of hot tea and coffee we could make in the room, which was nice. We were also provided with courtesy water. The location of the hotel is convenient to get to grocery stores and center town. There is no public transport nearby, so we drove to everywhere we needed to go. Overall, a good stay.

Arrived and reception staff nice and helpful. Unfortunately that's where it ends. Restaurant was closed and staff turned us away without reason. We returned later in the evening to be told that it's a set price buffet. Most selections were empty and what was left was luke warm and not kept at a safe temperature. The room seemed OK until we found out that the fridge doesn't work, the radiator in the bathroom does not work so after your first shower you will have a wet towel for the rest of your stay. Bathroom cleaning could be improved. Has a 4 star rating so I would be worried to see a 3 star as this is terrible for a 4 star.

Wybór tego hotelu okazał się dobrym pomysłem - byliśmy rodzinką 2+2 a hotel oferował akurat opcje z pobytem dzieci gratis. Mieliśmy przestronny pokój z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami. Do tego super śniadanko - do wyboru do koloru - z szerokim wyborem herbat Dilmah i pobudzającą kawą. Hotel jest dobrze skomunikowany, 5 minutowy spacer dzieli nas od przystanku z którego autobus 130 (lub prywatne, tańsze busy) dowiozą nas m.in pod sam Dworzec Główny a stamtąd już parę kroków do starego miasta. Po powrocie z miejskiej szwendaczki można zregenerować się w hotelowym basenie i fińskiej saunie. Polecam!
