Mir gefällt die Lage, nur 15 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt und in der Nähe des örtlichen Marktes. Die Zimmer sind sauber und neu, die einfache Küche macht einen längeren Aufenthalt angenehmer, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Gebäude liegt neben einem Studentenwohnheim desselben Betreibers und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt auch einen großen privaten Hof, den Sie bei schönem Wetter lieben werden.

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von allem (15/20 Minuten zu Fuß), das Zimmer war fast neu und sehr gut, das Bett war etwas unbequem und die Steppdecke auf dem Doppelbett sah aus, als wäre es ein Einzelbett. Ansonsten super.

Hotel room was really nice and spacious, we was there not at a busy time of year so was very quiet. Had a self serve 24hr shop across the road that was very convenient and old town was a short stroll away

The service is very terrible. Arrived on Saturday afternoon around 1pm, but there was only one staff member who even didn’t have right to check the system. She could find my booking, but could not find the key to the room assigned and she could not reassign another room, because people in charge not there and she had no access to system. Asked me to wait, when came back after 6pm, still could not solve it. Came back after 9, changed to another staff who tried to take me to the room with the staff key, there is still guest in that room!!! I was about to find another hotel after a long tired day. The staff assigned me another room that you can open by keys but not cards. Finally I can take a shower and try to sleep, but the drainage of the bathroom was blocked, no water could flow out but went out all the bathroom and bedroom, flooding. When checking out in the morning, no staff there, left the key to a cleaning lady. Terrible experience. Trip has tried to contact them but could not reach any person in charge. Trip has also trying to delay my complain. Reported last Wednesday and five days later, I still couldn’t have an apology or compensation.

Check-in (heure tardive) et check-out très facile à réaliser , logement fidèle aux photos bien équipé et propre, bien situé dans le centre-ville à 200m du tramway, je recommande à 100%

位置完全冇得輸，但因為是學生公寓附近，故服務有點一般，但是整體來講物超所值，房間很大很舒服，很推薦旅客入住

隔壁是學生宿舍，服務基本沒有，但在華沙相對中心的位置，這個價錢也是不可抱怨的了。好處就是房間設備很齊全，可以自己煮飯

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel très sympathique et accueillant. La chambre était propre, très moderne et parfaitement équipée. Des commerces et transports en commun tout près. Très facile de s’y rendre.
