2 Nights Apartments

Despite the no noise rule, nobody respected it. I personally stayed at an apartment next to the main entrance, where people kept banging the door while opening and closing at any hour of the night

Was quite disappointed when we arrived here. The location was extremely convenient, close to the train station, old town and had lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. However, the room itself was very poor quality. Only half of the blinds had strings to adjust, the bed was a very thin mattress on the floor. We also had to make the bed ourselves. Luckily we realised the sofa turned into a sofa bed and moved the mattress down to there. The mezzanine space where the mattress was also had a railing which was not fully attached. Where it should have joined the floor in 5 places only 1 and a half were actually connected to the floor. There was little in the way of cleaning items for the room, if you would like the staff to clean it you need to request this at reception and pay extra. This was not a major issue, however due to the snow and salt when we would return to the room this would be trailed in and made the floor uncomfortable to walk on and no resource to clean it.

The apartment was in a great location, about 15 minutes from old town and bus stop right outside. The apartments need aircon, specially in our room where the bed was above the bathroom/kitchenette and it was so uncomfortable we had to make the bed up at 2am on the sofa because it was so unbearable - we did go at the end of august so it was hot

Good, small apartment close to train station. Kitchenette had everything needed, some shops, cafes nearby. It’s located on a larger street so it’s quite noisy. Over all very good, the only thing that was not so pleasant was the building hallway as it smelled and did not give safe feeling.

Was told at check in that even though I had booked this a month in advance, they didn't see it until day of arrival. I had to move rooms after one day. Rooms are dirty. Staff refused to refund anything even though I received nothing I paid for. Avoid this property. ********** was unhelpful

Reception was closed when we arrived, out of hours number not answered, had to book a different hotel for the night. Company has been slow about refunding us for this night, needing prodding and reminding almost daily and promising each time to deliver on the refund, failing to do so. Skylights above bed with no curtains meaning we woke each day at 5am. Refusing to reimburse us for the money spent on another hotel for the first night.

Was heading to Krakow for a post-Covid break but booked on late and the hotel that most of the lads were staying in wasn't available so ended up in 2Nights. The reception wasn't open at the time we got there but after we rang they sent someone out to let us in so we just went for a beer to kill time. The receptionist was friendly. The room was pretty small but for somewhere to just ditch the bags, go to sleep and shower. It is a bit out of the city centre but only 5 minutes in a taxi or 10 minutes on one of the e-scooters. Room was tidy, bathroom was nice. Only complaint was the front door to the complex. The code we received didn't work so we ended up having to climb in every night which wasn't ideal after a few drinks. Plenty of young travelers staying there, met some legends from America who were staying in the next room.
