It's a five star hotel in the heart of the city. The view from the room covers the entire city look. The staff are extremely understanding and comfortable. Great stay, high class stay and the best hotel in the city. Easy access. Good food. Break fast has a good spread.

Ich schreibe meine wirkliche Erfahrung mit dem Hotelservice. Heute hatte ich eine schlimmste Erfahrung mit der Unterkunft in diesem Hotel. Ich habe bereits die rangreiche Oberzimmer 3600/-and reserviert und gebucht, ich wurde am Abend um 3:30 Uhr im Hotel geprüft 12-8-2023. Dipin KC (+91 73564 16333) war der, der mir bei der Zeitkontrolle geholfen hat. Der Service des Hotelpersonals für die Kunden ist sehr schlecht. Nach der Eincheckung ging ich zum Mittagessen im Restaurant Gazania Mezbaan und wartete mehr als eine Stunde auf meine bestellte Mahlzeit. Danach ging ich in den Raum, um Tests zu nehmen und damals konnte ich nicht aufgrund der hohen Lautstärke singen, seit die DJ-Party im Halle stattfand und auch da waren Leute, die betrunken waren. Ich habe mich bei dem Empfangspersonal beschwert, aber keine Antwort und auch keine Aktionen von ihrer Seite wurden ergriffen. Und sie haben sich falsch verhalten. Ich habe beschlossen, aus dem Hotel zu Check-out wegen der schlechten Erfahrung und Service, die ich hatte, die den Kunden keinen Wert gab. Ich habe Dipin(+91 73564 16333) angerufen, der sagte, er sei der Manager, aber er antwortet auch gut und ich habe keine Lösung für mein Problem gefunden. Ich ging um 8:30 Uhr aus dem Hotel und sie wurden nur 600/- die ich bei der Eincheckung bezahlt 3600/- zurückgezahlt. Er sagte, es sei die Gebühr.Sie wurden für nur fünf Stunden 3000/- gezahlt und wurde aus dem Hotel aufgrund der Frage von ihrer Seite selbst geprüft. Dies war eine schlimmste Erfahrung für mich und sie werten ihre Kunden nicht. Dieses Hotel wird niemandem empfehlen. Bitte überprüfen Sie meine Kommentare, wenn Sie in diesem Hotel Zimmer suchen.

Thank you for hospitality - food and overall stay was very nice. The clealiness, the proximity to beach, the service - everything was very nice. Will definately visit again with family as it is complete value for money. They should also offer room packages inclusive of dinner.

We received a complimentary upgrade which was nice. The room was spacious. Bed although small was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. There was hot water but on two occasions we had to ask them to turn it on as they kept switching it off. The air con was more or less non existent. Luckily there was a fan. Wi-Fi was good. Although for some reason it kept disconnecting me and sometimes took over 10 minutes of trying to get back on. Room was not very clean especially the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The restaurant staff were lovely. Location was central.

We have done a banqueting event on sept 9 for a wedding . I like to give my reviews regarding our experience . 1. The welcome drink station at the church started at all welcoming is over , served in plastic glass when we speak all about sustainability nowadays. 2. I visited the banquet hall previous night and given some basic changes and requirement but the banquet manager’s ( Sunny) response was very poor. He will agree for all but not serious about to implement it. The buffet spread presentation was not met the basic standards. No cutlery placed , the service boys were not in uniform, no grooming , hygienic etc The salad counter was a disaster , they don’t have the basic idea to setup a salad counter , when I alerted Sunny he told the hotel doesn’t have any stuff to decorate the salad counter - see my click 3. The food was very spicy , average, can say not up to the standards , deviated from the menu in the contract and Sunny has some funny explanation for everything. He is a cheater and owner has to scrap such HODs from the place. 4. No display signage on lobby about the event. 5 . The look of desert and juice station was very ugly . The management has to think about to change the bowl , cutleries , glass , serving trays etc 6. Don’t look outside through the windows of the pre functional area, it gives a garbage area look. 7. The table cloths are very old, torn, stained gives a dabba appearance. 8. I stayed in room no 404 , stay was good vs the money paid. So if anybody trust you and given you a chance to be the part of their memorable events in their life do some justice with them and comes near to the ”value for money”. This is my feedback and alert for others those who are opting this hotel or stay from this place.

Der Punkt dieses Hotels ist, dass es in der Stadt neben allen musste Attraktionen von Kozhikode sehen. Malabar Palace war eines der Top-Hotels in den 90er Jahren und es scheint, dass sie noch bestehen wegen dieses guten Willens. Das Hotel hat ein Abwärtsgefühl und braucht sicherlich eine Umstellung. Das Cloud dieses Hotels ist immer mehr. Mangel an Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, unerfahrene und Rückschlagsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter, die die Rezeption bemannen, schlechte Tages-Management fügen alle zu den Negativen hinzu. Aber ich muss die Sicherheitsbeamten und einige der etwas älteren Mitarbeiter ergänzen, die die Tradition der exemplarischen Dienste noch weiterführen. Und im Himmel, versuchen Sie, die Zeitung vor oder nach Geschäftsstunden gemacht zu werden, das letzte, was wir brauchen, ist eine willkommene Dusche mit Staub während der Eincheckung. Pic beigefügt. The property is at the centre of calicut, which was really great. We took a suite room, that was spacious and well maintained, which was worth the money. The staffs were super friendly. We were able to hear construction noises sometimes, above our room, that could have been avoided. Overall it was good

Great to come back to Tripenta Calicut, very nice Hotel with great Ambience and team around. Rooms has great views and so is the Restaurant on the 7th Floor. Well spread Buffet breakfast. Cannot miss mentioning of Ms. Niketa, of good services at this restaurant and of course Rijesh the Duty Manager cum Restaurant Manager, always to helpful and ever smiling. Front office staff ever so helpful and smiling. Mentioning the names of Krishna Priya (reservation)/ Sajith/Fathima/Aiswarya.
