The receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. I have been to the hotel for few times. First time, I thought maybe only the specific receptionist want not friendly. But for the second and third time, all the receptionist was not friendly enough. Otherwise the hotel is good and the room is nice. The cleanliness was good too. Thank you.

dachten nicht, es war ein Hotel umgeben von einer großen Palmölpflanzung ... einen ruhigen Ort entfernt von der Hügel und Büsten der Stadt. liefern Sie Kabinen, die Lebensmittel verkaufen, um den Aufenthalt zu erleichtern, während die Kinder im Pool baden warten. sehr vernünftig Preis. geräumig und sauber. geräumig Parkplatz. wird wieder kommen und Freunde erzählen.

GGastnutzerWe had a fantastic stay at The Westin Desaru! The hotel’s impeccable service made our experience truly enjoyable from start to finish. We spent our time cycling around the area, taking in the beautiful coastal views, and later cooled off with a relaxing swim in the pool. The hotel also had great recreational options—we had fun playing ping pong and unwinding after. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful getaway with excellent amenities and top-notch hospitality. Would definitely return!

GGastnutzerHotel is within the nice resort area. Food options within the hotel is limited. Service staff at the pool bar was good.
Cleanliness in room is not up to standard. Stains on the floor that cannot be cleaned off, wardrobe is dusty and oil stain on the mirror in toilet. If you have kids, is fine as the resort is linked to the waterpark or else go to Westin across the road
FYI, Hotel charged us MYR30 for breaking a cup. I think it is part and parcel of operations for these to break and we are fine to pay but MYR30 for a non branded coffee cup is robbery.

LLetaotaotqDas Eckzimmer verfügt über eine eigene übergroße Terrasse und auch die Einrichtungen im Inneren des Hauses sind sehr neu und sauber. Die beiden Schwimmbäder sind jeden Tag sehr beliebt, wirken aber nicht zu überfüllt. Das Essen ist hauptsächlich malaysisch und mit allen Ländern kompatibel, vor allem beim Frühstück bin ich sehr zufrieden. Abgesehen davon, dass die Wellen in der Saison zu hoch sind und man nicht ans Meer gehen kann und die öffentlichen Fahrräder etwas abgenutzt sind, sind der Service und die Verpflegung rund um die Uhr sehr gut.

TthewanderlustThe place was well maintained and cleaned. The food was good. The facilities inside were great for family. Just that it was too overly crowded. The check in process took almost 2 hours. We felt like we were at the government agency counter while waiting for the number to be called. It was not a good experience considering the amount of money we paid to book here. Everywhere inside also was super crowded. The waterpark was so full of people it felt anxious to be there. Too bad we could not get the access to the beach probably because of the monsoon season. Overall, we preferred Lotus Seaview rather than here.

HHamimahStaff at the front desk just okay. We booking for king bed but I believe it was just a queen size bedroom since we request for ground level as im pregnant. No lift provided. The interior was not very nice. The basic appliances were provided but the fridge is not functioning(not so cool) and not much space to set our foods and baby bottles etc.,. The worst was the smell from the sink (smells comes from the sewage) and need to open the exhaust fan all day long. Even i put soap the smell wont come off the smells comes from the drainage. It was bad i almost thrown up when opening the toilet door. I would not recommend staying here during monsoon seasons because we were not able to walk along the beach (the tide was high). The only thing i love were the environment of this resort (its so relaxing outside of the room) and the breakfast was superb. For dinner we went outside and eat at warung tepi futsal and the food were bad. The price almost the same as JB (quite pricey) even though JB still can get lower price.the staff at the pool counter was not friendly. His nails were so long and dirty . Not even smile at us. And answer our question smirkingly because we forgot our towel card.

Die Essen sind auch ruhig und ruhig - sie haben westliche, lokale, japanische und chinesische Nahrung. Es gibt auch ein kleines Kaffee. Das Servicepersonal und die Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer ist groß mit einer großen Dusche und komfortablen Betten, und Seife, Shampoo Aee. Das Hotel Frühstücksbuffet ist groß mit einer guten Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und ist ständig erfüllt. Insgesamt, ein ausgezeichneter Ort, wenn Sie eine ruhige Getaway wollen, um sich ohne Mengen zu kühlen und zu lachen. Transfer zum und von der Fährterminal war auch reibungslos. Wir würden für eine entspannende Reise zurückkehren.

The pool is very nice. Can shelter from hot sunny at the kids area. Nice beach cafe at night. Good & affordable restaurant seafood/masakan panas(halal). Got an affordable convenience store. Everything is there.

GGastnutzerThe building quite old and give scary impression. However , the staff are all very friendly and helpful , memang rasa duduk resort 4 star. The amenities is ok. The breakfast also good , which have variety of choices. So far everything is good , just need to improve their building to not look scary 😅
