Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I would consider this hotel as a budget hotel. For that category, this hotel is pretty good. Firstly, I like the location very much. It’s by the main street and just across the Lotus Hypermarket (formerly known as Tesco). There are many shops around it. In the evening, there are many stalls and food trucks that sell delicious street foods. You won’t go hungry here. The room size is decent and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean. I would have given this at least a 4 star rating but I gave 3 star because of the following: - the shower water becomes stagnant because the flow was blocked or something. It took a long while before the water subsided. - getting a parking slot near the hotel during the day was quite a challenge because there are many popular shops there plus a major bank which customers took up most of the parking spaces. At night, the parking is quite empty. - that guy who was manning the front desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. Not sure what his problems were but being a customer facing staff, he should at least show a bit more pleasant personality. - there’s a sink right after you enter the room! It’s outside the bathroom. I don’t quite understand the logic of this room design. In summary, it’s decent hotel and the room rate is very reasonable esp if you book through their official website. There’s a supposedly 5-star hotel just next door. I have stayed there before. Given a choice, I would definitely stay at this Leverage Business hotel rather than the so-called 5 star hotel. It has it hits and misses but certainly value for money.

Der Platz war leicht zu finden. Lage ist gut. Es gibt Spa und Massage im Hotel und in der Nähe. Ein schöner chic Kaffee direkt neben der Tür. Viel Parkplatz in der Nähe und direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmer war nett von der Lobby, aber eine ziemlich gute Größe. Einzigartiges offenes Konzept für das Toilette- und Duschebereich, so das Zimmer ist extra geräumig. Umgeben war ziemlich ruhig, perfekt für einen guten Nachtschlaf.

I stayed at the Royale Signature for 2 nights and had a very poor experience. Cleanliness was poor and upon checking in to my room, I found a lot of visible dust on the furniture and worse, oily handprints on the corners of cupboards. The room had a very stale smell and almost all the pillows smelt sweaty. The wallpaper was peeling and the interiors was generally faded and in need of refurbishment. Will definitely not return again.

Wir bleiben 1 Nacht für Familienzimmer. Nahe der Ausfahrt Toll Alor setar Selatan. Das Hotel ist nur schön, das Zimmer auch gut. Das Hotel hat gerade 3rd Stock, wir bleiben im 2. Stock dieses Hotel hat keinen Aufzug. Vielleicht nicht freundlich für Radsitze.

Meine Familie war sehr glücklich, vor allem mein Kind. Sie genießt wirklich Schwimmbad + Spielplatz. Die Ansicht / die Landschafteee ist soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Nur meine Meinung, hoffentlich können Sie Eisen- und Eisenblätter in jedem Zimmer 🥰 liefern

Ich bin immer im Leverage Mergong, dann beschloss ich, diesen zu versuchen in Kuala Kedah. Oh das Zimmer ist viel geräumiger als Mergong. Nun ein schönes Budget-Hotel und hat alles, was ich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigen. Wird sicher wieder sein.
