Strategische Lage direkt im Stadtzentrum KK. 15min Fahrt vom Flughafen. Einfacher Zugang zu allen Einkaufszentren. Ausgezeichnetes Soundproof-Zimmer gegen den Hauptverkehr. Es gibt gutes Frühstück. Die Vielfalt der Gerichte ist jedoch ganz ähnlich wie Nasi-Lemak, Pfefferbratenreis und frisch gebratene Nüsse. Ich persönlich dachte, das Hotel könnte etwas besseres als das bieten. Es war ein guter Aufenthalt und ich werde sicher wieder zum Hotel kommen. Danke.

Der Chef ist sehr freundlich und enthusiastisch und antwortet umgehend. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist praktisch. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Wäscherei. Der direkte Fußweg zum Pier, den Duty-Free-Shops und der Stadt Kota Kinabalu dauert drei bis fünf Minuten. It's been the fifth day since I checked out. The deposit hasn't been refunded to me yet. I don't know if it's because the lipstick accidentally rubbed on their towels, so the deposit is not refunded. Is their towels worth rm100? I can wash it off when I rub it on my clothes, but they can't. The room is quite comfortable and well-equipped, but there is a lot of dust, and the sound insulation is not good. The hotel location is very strategic, near to famous attractions, eateries and malls in KK city and also they have 24hr front desk which is a huge bonus, overall the room is good but the water heater is a bit unstable and got a few times of power-trip

Hotel war gut gepflegt und in der Nähe der Promenade, wie der Hotelname schon verrät. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und gab mir auch ein paar Tips. Das Zimmer war sauber aber schon bisschen älter. Alles in allem kann man das gerne wieder buchen, wenn der Preis stimmt.

Great service, staff very nice attitude. Suggest to use grab at night for safety espc for solo traveller woman, even it's near to the mall / nearby tourist attractions.

Front desk service is best, friendly with most smiling face, always greeting and friendly chat to customer, bedding matters a bit soft and some spring is not well in condition, but ovell room amenities is good. However, I really wondered why a 5 stars Hotel the restaurant all size plate, bowl, even cups are so so oily, sticky, food mark, stains on almost all pieces of them, I keep on looking for more clean one but sad to said is no one is clean, really very sticky and oily, hope the restaurant can look serious on this matter, I can said I never seen such dirty plate, even I go to 2 or 3 star hotel, the plate is more clean then Le Meridien, but food and beverage is good, I love the service can custome order our favourite fresh fruit juice and coffee

It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed. I stayed in Eden suite and the room was spacious. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Take note if you are driving there as the hotel does not provide free parking. You can either park in front of the hotel car park lot (limited bay) at RM30 per night or park at your own risk at the basement car park at RM15 per night.

Beautiful view. We paid a little more when we arrived at the hotel to find out that the rooms we booked were not facing the sea side. The upgrade was worth it, we could see the sunset. Love the location, it’s a short walk to the tourist areas with restaurants etc. Pool was lovely. Breakfast average. Overall pleasant.

Book 2 rooms. Ask if i can have side by side room. And they upgrade 1 of my room so we can have side by side room. 😁 room is clean and very good especially the room with the dining tablex near to market, foods, small shopping mall, walking diatance to gaya night and weekend market. If i only had one complain, is breakfast choice. Maybe they can improve more choice once people pick here. Yes, so far its not worthit as this hotel is new and not too busy yet (hint)
