Front desk service is best, friendly with most smiling face, always greeting and friendly chat to customer, bedding matters a bit soft and some spring is not well in condition, but ovell room amenities is good. However, I really wondered why a 5 stars Hotel the restaurant all size plate, bowl, even cups are so so oily, sticky, food mark, stains on almost all pieces of them, I keep on looking for more clean one but sad to said is no one is clean, really very sticky and oily, hope the restaurant can look serious on this matter, I can said I never seen such dirty plate, even I go to 2 or 3 star hotel, the plate is more clean then Le Meridien, but food and beverage is good, I love the service can custome order our favourite fresh fruit juice and coffee

Es eignet sich zum Liegen. Ich war hier mit meinem Baby für 2 Nächte und das Gesamtgefühl war in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Pier, um aufs Meer hinauszugehen, aber der Preis ist etwas teurer als der städtische Pier, aber es ist mehr komfortabel. Da wir im Hotel nicht viel zu essen hatten, aßen wir an zwei Abenden hintereinander das Buffet. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht neu, aber auch nicht schlecht. Geeignet zum Liegen mit einem Baby, es ist in Ordnung.

Das Bett ist so komfortabel. Der Aufzug und die Lobby riechen gut. Ich denke, es ist Zitronengras. Buffet Mittagessen wird auch mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Lebensmitteln serviert. Hilton Hotel 5Star.

Nachdem ich fast drei Wochen lang gesucht hatte, habe ich viele Bewertungen gelesen, um das Aussehen des Zimmers zu bestätigen. Wir kamen um 12 Uhr nachts mit unseren Kindern an Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass das Bett (wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie) sehr müde und schläfrig war. Die Rezeption sagte, dass es das sei, was wir gebucht hätten Später habe ich die Kommentare noch einmal gelesen und einen Screenshot des Bewertungsfotos gemacht, um es noch einmal zu bestätigen, als ich es gebucht habe. Nachdem wir die Bilder erhalten hatten, haben wir mit dem Ctrip-Kundendienst kommuniziert und am nächsten Tag schließlich unser Zimmer gewechselt wie wir auf den vorherigen Bildern gesehen haben. Vielen Dank an den Ctrip-Kundendienst für die kontinuierliche Kommunikation und die Entschädigung von 150. Das Frühstück in diesem Hotel ist durchschnittlich. Wenn Sie Kinder mitbringen, wird für das Essen der Kinder eigentlich keine Gebühr erhoben, wir wurden jedoch beim Einchecken zur Zahlung aufgefordert. Das Zimmer, in das ich später gewechselt habe, ist immer noch sehr zu empfehlen und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Denken Sie bei der Reservierung daran, die Bilder beim Kundenservice bestätigen zu lassen, um einen Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer zu vermeiden! Das Folgende ist, wie es nach dem Austausch aussah. Was sich nicht geändert hat, ist, dass der Nachttisch neben dem Bett das Fenster ist. Auch das Badezimmer ist nicht so, nur als Referenz für Familienmitglieder.

Ausgezeichnete Einrichtungen 😁! Reinigkeit ist gut. Nach der Ankunft um 3 Uhr gibt es kein Bellboy im Hotel, um uns mit Gepäck zu helfen. Die Rezeption, die uns bei unserem check-in unterstützt hat, ist sehr unprofessionell. 2 von ihnen haben Keropok auf ihrem Desktop und essen vor mir. Später tauschen sie sogar gegenseitig Keropok. Ich sah sie nicht waschen Hand, bevor ich meinen Hotelzimmer-Key/Dokument verarbeitete! Anderen Service, für Klimaanlage und Warmwasser-Problem, nachdem sie geklaut, kamen sie rechtzeitig, um das Problem zu lösen. Der einzige Grund, warum ich zurückkomme, ist die Größe des Hotelzimmers, ausgezeichnete Zimmeraussicht und Frühstücksaussicht. Danke

After a long trip arrived at hotel and quickly signed in. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, however phone and TV not working but a great balcony view of the South. China Sea and to the left the jungle. It was lovely to sit and watch the various birds and fireflies. Malaysia Airlines had lost one of our bags and did not seem concerned however after no success we spoke with James at reception who soon sorted it out and it arrived at 9pm. One day wasted Thanks Malaysia Airlines. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast plentiful and good choices of Malay and Western. Very courteous staff. Saw our first monitor lizard and had a garden tour by. a very informative employee Roy. Decided against the nature walk as advised not much to see this time of year. Spent most the day on the empty beach ( Some jellyfish but otherwise a nice dip) and in empty swimming pool. 3 linked pools lovely and warm but needs some maintenance and jacuzzi not working. Only a couple of restaurants were open and although quality of food was good the menus were similar. On our last day we had a very good Chinese style meal in The Noble House (Only open until early evening). As with most meals we were the only ones in the restaurant. All meals were very reasonably priced. The advertised firefly. tour was cancelled due to low tide but Christina arranged a private trip to see them and also the proboscis monkey. Well worth it. . Points to Note Low occupancy with the majority of guests staying overnight only, meant we had pools and beach to ourselves and the restaurants were virtually empty. Disadvantage was that some restaurants. and snack places did not open. Lovely remote location fantastic view , beach and garden walks however nothing in walking distance of the resort so unless taking a. taxi or day trip would not see or meet other local people restaurants or shops. Note the hotel shop has very limited souvenirs and only a few crisps and drinks. We had a great relaxing time, the hotel needs some updating and maintenance but that did not affect our.enjoyment. Staff were helpful and courteous and room clean and well stocked with water tea and coffee. A/C fine. So if you want a relaxing beach and pool holiday with good food and when we were there tranquility we recommend Nexus. PS book trips at the hotel as the one we booked through our agent was about 3 times more.

Stayed two nights in a seaview room. Room was clean, mattress and pillows fresh and comfortable, and the view was outstanding. Food and service at the hotel restaurant Cafe Boleh and the poolside restaurant was good. We had thin-crust pizza by the pool both days. Only disappointment, Cafe Boleh ran out of fish for ”fish and chips” on the 2nd day when we tried to order it for dinner.

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…

公寓式的，房間很乾凈，入住方便，7樓游泳池很方面，樓下有好多吃飯的地方，到周邊的商場也很方便，更重要的是房東人太好了，非常感謝，下次還會再來他家。希望能有折扣喲。 照片是窗外的海
