You must grill front deak about extra charges $115EU extra not pocket change We arrived early, and our room ready. So front clerk checked us in We asked if any extra charges and told all free. On checkout 100EU for early checkin!!! Desk clerk said our fault for checking in early???? Then we had laundry done but instead of the 15Eu per bag promised extra charge for heavy bag 2 diff clerks extra charge, the manager should be fired. (Would be in non-socialist country). Also in west we would of had extra charges refunded. But this is not London…. Breakfest great room staff excellent

This lovely, ornate hotel is located just steps from both the main walking avenue in this stunning city, as well as a wonderful park. The hotel boasts old fashioned decorations, pure Slovak charm, an exceptional restaurant and incredible ayurvedic spa experience

Just a wonderful stay, the staff cannot do enough for you and are so helpful. Massage facilities are available as well which I used. The room was great and so comfy and the breakfast room / breakfast room was a very grand place indeed and just stunning in its decor and appearance. The staff were all great and the old town just literally a couple of minutes walk away. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

Great location - few minutes walk from train station, about 3 minutes walk to the center of Košice. The hotel is located on a calm side street, though. The staff were professional, kind and helpful. They gave us great advise on what to do, see and visit in the city during our stay. :) Spacious room with a big and comfortable bed. Sleeping area and living room were separated, which was great. The accommodation was clean and cozy. Better than expected! Hotel spa was beautiful but way too small. There were not enough deckchairs and seats in the relaxing area which made it a bit uncomfortable when there were more guests in the spa. We ended up just using the jacuzzi and went straight back to our room. We were told the spa can only be visited by guests over the age of 15 but in the end there were some kids in the spa each evening. It was therefore a bit noisy but we did not mind. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drinks :) The hotel restaurant is really beautiful, it's a winter garden with many plants, flowers and a fountain in the middle of the room. Fresh air, birds singing and quiet music playing in the background create an amazing calming atmosphere. The breakfast was also good, variable.
