It is a very well organised and clean hotel. It provides good service and accomodation for a competitive price. Highly recomended.

Staff was really friendly and kind. Room was clean, comfy and felt taken care of. Pool area was new and very comfy. Breakfast wasn't a little poor, not having much choice for vegans (only Olives, bread, veggies and jams + coffee(no plant milk)

The hotel is 5-6 minutes walk by the beach and rooms was really clean and friendly staff.

Das Frühstück war grottig, sehr wenig Auswahl und wenig sättigende Nahrungsmittel. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung aber nicht so sauber wie gehofft. Sehr unfreundliches Personal, die einfach unsere Wasserpfeife weggenommen haben, als Sie diese nach mehreren Tagen auf dem Balkon entdeckt haben. Leider stand nirgends in den Hausregeln das dies auf dem Balkon nicht erlaubt sei. Erst als wir die restlichen Übernachtungen storniert haben, gab man UNSEREN EIGENTUM wieder zurück. Riesen Frechheit, wer weiß, was noch so alles weggenommen wird oder wurde, wenn es dem Personal nicht passt. Unterste Schublade, als wir dann mit dem Hoteldirektor sprachen wurde er sehr schnell laut und drohte mit der Polizei. Zum Glück fanden wir ein viel schöneres Hotel und konnten diesen Schuppen hinter uns lassen.

Booked this hotel through Jet2 for 10 days, we arrived very late and had a warm welcome from Steve at reception, we walked into our rooms and were very pleasantly surprised, reminded me of a Premier Inn, it was very clean and modern and we found out it had been revamped in 2023. The room came with a mini fridge, kettle and cups, (but you will have to get your own teabags, sugar and milk) there is a safe in the room (extra charge for that) and A/C if required, i think that was about 7 Euros per day. We stayed in room 61 on the ground floor, which has a balcony with 2 chairs and small table and looks straight onto the pool, there is also a mosquito screen so you could open to patio door for fresh air but stop the mosquito coming in. The only weird thing we found was there was a bit of a slope in reception to get to the level for our room, no good for wheel chairs. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, Steve in reception (works lates) is great to chat to, and like the little touch of the bar staff putting free crisp on our table in the evening. I'm not a Breakfast person, and the few times i did manage to get up for it, i found it good, its a Continental style and you get all the usual things in it, i am happy with a cereal, toast and a cup of tea. The pool area was nice and the few times we sat by the pool we didn't have trouble getting a sunbed. There was free wifi all around the hotel not the fastest but i got my amazon stick to work and watch a film late at night. Monday night they had entertainment on, but the hotels is in a good location and within a few minutes you can be in a nice restaurant, and on the Marina in less than 15 minutes, there are plenty of shops nearby to get snacks, milk, pop etc. Less than 10 minutes and you were on a beach, we hired a car and you could park in the street or on a bit of land a minute walk from the hotel. The only thing that spoilt it for us was if you ate breakfast outside it alway tasted of someone elses cigarettes and sitting by the pool someone was alway smoking making it very unpleasant for other people that don't smoke. Other than the above we had a lovely time here, and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent family holiday at the Imperial Hotel. We stayed here with our children 24, 21, 20. The hotel is very clean and well looked after. The staff here are very helpful, and friendly. The receptionists Ioanna, Irene and Irene are very friendly and helpful. The night reception sorry cannot remember his name was very friendly and helpful too. The bar staff are very friendly and also provide an excellent service to their customers. The cleaners work hard, and our rooms were always very clean after they cleaned our room. The breakfast here was very delicious, cereal, egg, cheese, hams, mushrooms, salad, cake, toast, yogurt, fruit, pastries, tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, water. Very good location, in a quiet area, but only a few mins walk from the busy areas. Very near to harbour, and Kos town - 9 mins walk. Very near to beach - 9 mins walk. Lots to do in the area, and see. Hiring a bike is good fun, and a good way to see the area. Definitely will definitely return here to Imperial Hotel. They provide an excellent service here, and make you have a wonderful holiday.

I picked this hotel after reading the reviews and with the knowledge that it appeared in the right location for the type of amenities that myself and my best friend would like. We weren’t disappointed. The hotel is very clean and well presented. All the staff are extremely friendly yet professional. The rooms were perfect for my friend and I and exactly what you would expect from a Greek hotel. The area around the pool was kept spotless and the pool itself was perfect for me as I’m a keen floater. The breakfast was as expected. Some have commented on the lack of fresh fruit but I can see why it isn’t provided as I would imagine it would be pocketed and taken for you to eat later…….not really the done thing imho. The bar was a real hub and you were made to feel like friends. Steve the night porter is a legend, I’ll say no more. I can see why so many return. Thank you so much.

Visited the Imperial about 6 times now. All visits in August. Lovely family run hotel. Staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great location, with short walk to the beach and the centre of town. B&B suits us as so many excellent restaurants to choose from.

Staff are so accommodating and lovely! Not a bad word to say about the hotel! Such a lovely atmosphere in the evening along with lovely food. Everything served with a smile. Room always kept clean and fresh when returned in the afternoon. Not even necessary to leave the hotel but definitely an ideal location near Kos Town💕

This hotel totally let itself down with its unfair and very unreasonable charges. Positives first- clean, spacious rooms, nice food and friendly staff. Now unfortunately the negatives, we booked 2 rooms, on our 1st contact with reception we had to pay a "tourist tax " (ok, quite a common thing now ) but then there was an "air con " charge of 7euro per night per room which came to 140e , so that's 170e before we even make it to our room - ok, you don't have to pay for the air con - but as we walked in it was literally unbearable in 34 degree heat !! Air con comes as standard in most hotels, and never been asked to pay this before. Then unfortunately on night 1 my daughter got a bit of false tan on the sheet, she was immediately asked to pay 40e BEFORE it was attempted to be cleaned!! In fairness they THEN said "before you pay we will attempt to clean it !" Clean sheets was then on bed next day without further mention, but alas on checkout we was asked to pay 25e them saying "it won't come out!" False tan DOES come off on a proper wash !! She said it was standard hotel policy, but no where was it on display and not covered in their t&Cs and she failed to show me the hotels rules/policies when I asked to look. If was their "policy " why did the amount change from 40e to 25e ? To me, it was made up as they went along! All hotel charges/fines should be transparent, fair and reasonable , and this clearly wasn't. The thing is we spend a small fortune in the bar and restaurant and very generously tipped all staff throughout our 10 days here and I feel on reflection this charge for the stain could and should of been waived. Instead it seems it was grab what you can when you can off tourists. Very narrow minded and left a negative taste which will be rebounded back to TUI when asked for our feedback. Such a shame as I feel Imperial badly let themselves down in this instance.

This hotel is so nice lovely and modern and clean me and my husband really enjoyed our stay Staff all very friendly too Pool area lovely and clean Snack bar does really nice food at a reasonable price and drinks are good and a decent price Really don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel its location is great too it’s near to all the great things in kos town and the amazing beach bars. I can see why people return year after I’m sure we will back Thanks imperial ☀️

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. We arrive around midnight and we greeted by Steve, who could not have been more pleasant and welcoming. All other staff really friendly and helpful too. Hotel spotless, rooms cleaned 6 days a week, reception and dining areas also spotless. 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute walk to harbour, shops & restaurants. Katerina boat trip was excellent. Free bus from nearby hotel to Lido waterpark - excellent service. The locals in Kos town could not have been more friendly towards us. Perfect holiday. Thanks Imperial!
