We had the most amazing time at this hotel, there was constantly things to do during the day with the activities team such as darts, water polo, beach volleyball and evening entertainment including quizzes and bingo where you can win prizes. Emma and Clara were so so lovely and made the experience so enjoyable! The food was pretty good and the drinks were great they had a nice selection of cocktails which we loved. I would 100% recommend and would love to return again in the future. Also Kos is gorgeous!

10th visit down! And more to follow. This year the place in general was as great as ever overall. We spent two weeks here as we usually do in June. Weather wise we struck gold - the weather was close to 40 degrees! Never experienced such heat but we weren’t complaining! Unlike many other guests!! I echo some of the comments here that pointed to moaning guests - and this seemed to be the running theme of many guests we spoke too. I think people need to remember where they are as this is a 3 / 3.5 star hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel ! So if this is your expectation, go somewhere else!! And leave the rest of us in peace! This review can’t be left without mentioning the staff at the resort who work incredibly hard all season. So thanks to Edyta (and the reception staff), Dionisa, Nazike, Stamadis, Mirella, Andre, the two young bar tenders, kitchen & restaurant staff, the pleasant lady lifeguard - all of you guys make this place what it is. Your hard work and generosity is fully appreciated - especially from us repeaters. The not so good stuff —- The daytime entertainment wasn’t as great as previous years. We truly missed David this year. And in his absence we saw just how valuable and great job he did. I know some repeaters were disappointed that he wasn’t there and the daytime entertainment in general was very poor. However the live music night is by far the best night… Pedja and Yanna are very talented! Aside from the daytime entertainment, this was a fantastic holiday overall and we will be back for trip no. 11 !

For the price (an all inclusive) and the location you can’t ask for anymore. We had 4 nights at the resort and they were all amazing. The hotel is a 10 minute drive/ bus journey or 50 minute walk from the main town of Kos, all options cash based with the nearest ATM 10 minutes away. The staff are all very friendly (not very talkative) but still very nice. The food and the drinks are great, very strong pours. The pool is always very clean and it’s cleaned daily. The beach is very close and so easy to get to, it is a Stoney beach though so bring wet shoes. There is active air conditioning in each room which is a dream but none in the communal areas. They call themselves a 3 star hotel but is more like a 3.5 to a 4. Overall, we had a great stay with the full board and couldn’t ask for much more. We do recommend.

We are currently staying here & are already talking about booking to come back! Food & drinks: We haven’t experienced any queues at the bars/restaurants + no complaints about food being cold. There are plenty of options - fish, meat, rice/pasta, salads, cheese, bread etc. we have been for breakfast, lunch & dinner at different times every day with no problems! everything we’ve eaten/drunk has also been really nice, & there are plenty of indoor or outdoor tables at meal times + during the day by the pool bar & snack bar. The snack bar is great for some fries/toastie/hot dogs etc! Rooms: The rooms are a great size for a family, and our terrace is perfect for relaxing in the morning/evening before getting ready to go out. The rooms are tidied every day & fresh towels left for us. The air con is brilliant, a huge relief during the heatwave + no problems using a hairdryer and risking getting soaked in sweat! It’s also great at bed time after a day laid in the sun!! It’s quiet enough to be on while we sleep too. Pool area/snack bar/pool bar/staff: The pool area is really clean, plenty of sunbeds and nobody has cut their feet, as other reviews mention. The staff have all been lovely, we didn’t check in until 2.30am & were given a bag with some sandwiches & crisps & a drink which were much needed! Handy little shop on site for drinks/crisps/beers/biscuits run by a very friendly lady. The snack bar as mentioned above is perfect for some grazing during the day, the lady who works there is also really friendly, as are all of the staff we’ve spoken to! Hope we can come back next year & we aren’t the kind of people who’d usually consider going back to somewhere they’ve been before!

We have just got back from staying here for a week all inclusive. The hotel all round is a lovely and cheap get away and great value for money. The food was lovely only thing I would say is could be more variety as some nights it was hard to find something but as a fussy eater most nights I was fine. There was some guests moaning saying the food was awful and giving the hotel grief which I thought was out of order as if you stay at a 3 star hotel you shouldn’t be expecting luxury and if you are then you have to put your hands in your pocket and pay for 5 star. We booked this with an open mind and we was more than happy. Hotel is clean and spotless all round, good food, tidy and modern rooms. The entertainment is poor to say the least and I hate to say it but I’d say the team are also lazy and try to do the bare minimum, all the activities were done half heartedly, they never opened or mentioned the kids club for the kids once. There was family’s there with their kids who were disappointed. They would do a few little half hearted activities by the pool in the morning till about 12 then have a 3 HOUR! Break in the afternoon! But this is the only thing I would say that needs urgent attention to make the hotel better as that was poor but everything else in the hotel was great value for money and we really enjoyed our week away and do not agree with people who slated the hotel for silly things when booking a 3 star holiday.

The hotel is a lovely hotel for a 3/4 star hotel. The food is great. There is one buffet restaurant and one snack bar. We booked this hotel, knowing it was cheaper than our previous holidays where we have paid to have restaurants, with the idea that we would eat out some nights as the holiday was cheaper than our usual price. We did eat out as we stayed for 2 weeks, we ate out 4 times but to be honest the buffet had a great selection, it changed daily and was always hot. For example one night you could choose your own ingredients for pasta. When we booked the hotel, we read it was a 20 minute walk to kos town, it isn’t. It’s a good hour in the heat but buses do run outside the hotel. Other reviews have said they weren’t regular or on time but we never had a problem. They do not run much on a Saturday or Sunday but we planned our days around that. We hired a car for 2 days which was great for going to Zia for sunset, paradise beach and other parts of the island. We were a group of 6 and found that most cost effective and it gave us freedom. Drinks - there is a variety, local brands obviously but I think that’s to be expected. The wine wasn’t very nice but nor was wine we tried in restaurants so I think it’s an island thing. The rooms were small, and there was only one plug socket working which was annoying but the housekeeping is superb. They clean the room so well every day. We had an issue with my son’s bed - it was a camp bed and the slats kept breaking but on reporting it was sorted immediately. The entertainment - the entertainment wasn’t amazing at night but I believe they have just got a new company in to do it as the last 2 days have been better. In the day our children loved the football, water polo and mini disco at 8.15pm. For us, we had a 3 year old and 11 year old and it was great. He made friends and the hotel is small enough that you can let him go off to the football pitch whilst watching my daughter at the mini disco. The swimming pool is good, it is a little sharp and children did seem to cut their feet from climbing in and out. If you use the steps it’s fine. My children did cut their feet but started wearing swim pool shoes which worked. The beach we only visited once and it is pebble. Would really recommend a visit to tigaki one evening. We went in the car, it’s a little tricky with buses as you have to get a bus to kos town and then to tigaki but it was worth a visit. Zia is really nice too.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago, there are prose and cons to the holiday but didn’t spoil the holiday Pros:- the hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful, never had a problem getting a sun longer around the pool. The room was basic but very clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Towels were changed regularly and the room was cleaned every day. We had a late flight and only got the hotel late but a snack bag had been made up and given to us on arrival which was a nice touch.you do get a fridge in the room but it’s pretty pointless as you don’t get any drinks provided. Cons:- in the room there was 2 plug sockets 1 at 1 side of the bed and the other is on the wall as you go into the bathroom under the light switch, we couldn’t use the 1 under the light switch unless we stood a suite case up to place our phone on top, this was a bit of a pain as there wasn’t a great deal of storage to put your clothes away so we lived out of the cases for a lot of our stuff, the 1 at the side of the bed we used to boil the kettle even though the kettle is on a tray the other side of the room so charging phones and other things was a bit of a pain due to not being in the room for long. The hotel is in the middle of know where and it was a good 35/40 min walk before you even got to the first bar then another 30/40 min walk before you got into Kos town centre. We did get a taxi 1 day an it was 10€ each way which is a little expensive for a 5min drive I think, there is a bus that you can get but the whole time we where there it never turned up. The beach wasn’t very nice and you do get charged 3€ a day for the loungers but there is no bathroom facilities or anywhere to get a drink so we didn’t bother with the beach which is a shame. The food in the hotel was very limited and not a great choice and was cold, they did put a microwave in the dining room why we was there due to that many complaints be made. If you go for lunch or dinner later than the opening time you may find there is nothing for you to eat as we found out most nights. The pool bar and the evening bar tended to only had 1 members of staff on all day so as you can imagine you did have to waits a while to get a drink especially if people where ordering 2 or 3 cocktails. We had 2 small bottles of water provided in the room on arrival but the water machine to fill the empty bottle up was never plugged in so we had to go to the shop in the hotel and buy a bottle of water every day. It’s missing the self serve soft drinks and coffee machines to free up the bar for people wanting alcohol. Overall we had a nice stay for what we paid as it was a last minute deal but I wouldn’t of liked to have paid anymore for the holiday as you wouldn’t feel like you had your money’s worth
