I stayed here for one night first time in Kolkata from Nepal heading to the Andaman Islands. I was greeted with lots of smiles, very friendly accommodating staff who helped me with everything I needed. I ate and drank at the bar. Everything was delicious. The room was very comfortable stocked with everything you need. Great view of their beautiful pool. It was closed for maintenance so I couldn’t try it. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel when you want to stay close to the airport in Kolkata. Thank you for everything!

Room given to us was very bad smoking odour. Several complaint room boy came and did spray of room freshener but all in vain. We requested to change the room and also asked why we given this smoking room then the reception guy argued with us why you have not choose non smoking room at the time of booking. I told there is no such options on the booking portal. It was very bad experience for this issue. Swimming is very small and the top of hotel. Good thing was buffet breakfast that was really good and delicious specially north indian taste that's the only reason i consider it average rating. Customer service are not up to mark.

Staff was supportive. The location is at a remote place. The food was very delicious though i found it a little bit pricey but overall that was a good catch. 4 out of 5
