Hotel stay comfortable with family and all local site sean under 25 km radius only nice view and with room small balcony nice view amd hot water available but as per them some time is there if early morning check out before 6 clock then no hot water,complimentary breakfast no much option 2 days stay don't take breakfast package better take outside hotel when go for site seen,my 2nd day breakfast hotel people confirm they will make my bread jam ready but that also not happen I ask reception he said speak to restaurant amd when ask restaurant they speak to speak in reception, no proper answer from any one ,and I have to escape my 2nd day breakfast bcoz of hotel staff and they charge me ,no manager who take responsibility for this,and no tea coffee maker in room.

Food is good & hygienic. Chef Asan & Baikuntha had made amazing food. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm lighting and inviting décor set the stage for a memorable dining experience. The menu, a thoughtful blend of classic dishes with contemporary twists, offers something for every palate. I began with the roasted beet and goat cheese salad, a vibrant medley of flavors balanced by a hint of citrus vinaigrette. For the main course, I opted for the braised short ribs, which were melt-in-your-mouth tender and accompanied by a creamy truffle mashed potato that stole the show. Dessert was a triumph: the dark chocolate lava cake with a raspberry coulis was indulgent without being overly sweet, rounding off the meal beautifully. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering excellent wine pairings that enhanced the taste

We had a very good experience at Hotel Jai, Kodaikanal. The rooms do not a have mountain/valley view, but the surroundings are pleasant and photogenic. Our Heritage Suite was a spacious and comfortable room. Less natural light in this room. However, we saw some other rooms with good sunlight, nice wooden furniture. Breakfast was delicious. Buffet style, good authentic south Indian delicacies, different each day, with some common items like idli, dosa, medu vadas (best medu vadas- small, light and crispy!) A different sweet dish everyday (varieties of sheera). Dinner was good. Should have some fixed staple items always, like dal+rice. But whatever was served was good. Hospitality: always responded well on time whenever we placed a call to ask for something. Staff is good natured, always smiling and helpful. Reception is very helpful. We requested booking of sight seeing and cab services and promptly the cab was ready each day, on time. Wifi is also good. Thank you for giving us a great experience at Kodaikanal! Tamara Kodai is an exceptional haven nestled amidst the lush greenery and rolling hills of Kodaikanal. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service. The suites are spacious, tastefully furnished, and well-maintained, offering a blend of rustic charm and contemporary luxury. The property’s grounds are meticulously manicured, with winding pathways leading to panoramic viewpoints. Dining options are diverse and delicious, featuring both local and international cuisines, special kudos to chefs Murugan, upaching, and shovan babu. The spa services are rejuvenating, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Overall, my stay at Tamara Kodai was serene, indulgent, and unforgettable.

The road to Country Club Valley Vista is incredible. You'll get a spectacular city view from the Kodai main road to the club. Ample parking space, the club staff is polite and caring, and the room is well-ventilated and maintained. You get ample balcony space from which you can witness a magnificent valley view, you can enjoy the mist during the late evening (6 pm), and beautiful sunrise in the early morning (6 am). The food is tasty you get an option of a buffet as well as a la carte, and they take 30 minutes to prepare fresh food. They serve food in the room as well as they have a designated beautiful dining area. I recommend trying out the dining area, the ambiance is very majestic. You can take a walk down the road and enjoy the scenic view.

We booked for 3d2n executive room. Even though the room was neat, the bathroom wet areas were unusually slippery. My wife slipped away and fell down. She had head injury and 2 stitches at the KHMS hospital close to this property. When asked them about the condition of the washroom, they simply tried to make reasons and get away with it. While Mr Satish found out the aftermath of the fall, I asked him to arrange rubber mat for the washroom which he did. On the third day of check out, parking was a big time issue. They collect your car keys to re-park the car as required. DO NOT HAND OVER THE KEY to the security guy. Their unskilled driver parked my car right next to the concerete footpath leaving a 10-15 CM long scratch with dent. The unskilled and unprofessional manager of the resort on duty came and applied tooth paste and started rubbing off the scratch. The fellow says apply mobil lubricant oil and it will go away. He says I cannot say anything to the driver who was responsible for this. So he just apologized and walked away. SUCH A PATHETIC experience and no customer service. Unprofessional and unattended attitude. Having gone to kodaikanal to celebrate my wifes bday, everything went into vain and loses. I have proofs to declare these sorts of uncalled service offered. The so called General Manager is not at all fit to perform the duty ot attend to a customers query for an issue caused by themselves. Instead of finding a solution he was more keen yo conceal their mistake and left us there just like that. Location wise this place is good. Other hotel staffs were friendly. For their mustakes I had to pay everything including fixing my car. Im a frequent traveller and vlogger and have stayed in tons if properties and always I have encouraged to share good review. But this will always be unforgetable memory for me and my family. Doctor had advised to take an MRI scanning. One week down the Journey, the pain around the head still exists. MRI scanning result is awaited
