Alles am Hotel war außergewöhnlich gut ! Es war sauber, stilvoll, geräumig und mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Das Frühstück war gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis großartig. Das Zimmer selbst war super ausgestattet und komfortabel. Der Pool auf dem Dach war ein Highlight & der Ausblick auf die Stadt wirklich ein Erlebnis. Das was das Hotel Luxo aber so besonders macht sind die Mitarbeiter, alle waren unglaublich freundlich, darum komme ich gerne wieder.

Impeccable service, the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful, excellent and , very spacious and modern room, clean, very organized everything. Due to my second booking at the hotel I was given a bigger room. All thanks and gratitude to the staff.

Everything about this hotel is super starting from the welcoming staff and cleanliness. The breakfast was delicious and had varity of dishes. All the staff are professional and took care of everything. They put in thier consideration the guests and making them feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious and had comfortable beds. My family loved the stay in this hotel. You are great, keep the excellent work up. Thank you.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff were polite and friendly and responded to all our requests. Really enjoyed the roof top pool and the wonderfull breakfast buffet. Had quite an issue with WiFi but the staff tried their best to make our stay comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at the Luxo Kochi for 4 nights in July. It's a modern property that's set just behind the main road, so a great location without all the noise. There are many shops and restaurants close by and it is only 15 minutes away from LuLu mall.
The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet had western and Indian options and the seating area was large and comfortable.
My only point to mention is that a good number of the desk staff seemed to be in training or with little experience, so they often had to go to other team members for assistance. There is no concierge on duty, but they do have a partnership with a travel agency for booking tours.
That being said, the staff was very polite and courteous. We were checking out early morning, and they prepared a boxed breakfast for us to take on our way out.
I would stay at the Luxo Kochi again without hesitation.
