Ausstattung: Das WLAN-Signal im Zimmer ist nicht gut, aber nach Vorschlägen hat das Hotel einen Erweiterungsrouter an der Tür angeklickt und das Signal ist viel besser.
Umgebung: Sehr gut, manchmal gibt es Schwarzgesichtsaffen auf dem Dach

一言難盡。工作人員態度不錯，但比較死板，浪費了我們不少時間。在網上預訂時沒注意一人入住和二人入住還有區別，到了前台被告知訂的是一人入住，不能住倆人。我説我補差價。前台説不行，要重新去平台訂，而平台上當天已經沒房了……..第二天又説房間沒帶早餐，又折騰了一輪説他們系統搞錯了。無語。感謝攜程，及時幫我們去溝通解決。

The beds and room were really comfortable. The hotel pool was really nice and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We did feel quite let down when we checked out as we were hit by an unexpected charge. When we arrived we spoke to one of the staff who explained that we could book on for a half day safari for one cost and they would sort it, so we agreed with the belief that was the cost. When we went on the safari the driver asked for an amount which we paid, believing we had then covered the cost. We didn't expect to then be asked for another cost from the hotel which doubled what we paid when we checked out. We were happy to pay for the safari as we wanted to go for it but we were upset by the unexpected costs and the lack of communication around the prices. It is a shame because otherwise we enjoyed our chalet and use of the pool and felt this but a damper on it all.

**A Serene Escape with Exceptional Service** Our stay at Hotel Elephant Reach Yela has been nothing short of wonderful. The hotel's setting amidst lush trees and natural beauty creates a truly serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. We arrived late and requested an upgrade at the reception, and to our delight, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made it happen without hesitation by Miss Shakya and Miss Naduni. Being a pure vegetarian family, we were initially concerned about the limited vegetarian options at the dinner buffet. However, the real hero of our stay, Sampath, came to our rescue. He was extremely responsive to our concern and quickly prepared a delicious fried rice well prepared by sheff Sandeepa that perfectly met our needs. The genuine care and quick action of the staff made our experience even more special. We highly recommend Hotel Elephant Reach Yela to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding hospitality

Very close to Yala National Park. We stayed here for 2 nights as we are travelling around Sri Lanka. Not much else nearby. Things I wish I knew before booking: - the red floor in the chalet literally stained the bottom of our feet/shoes/socks bright red - there are a family of monkeys within this resort and they kept us awake jumping on the roof and at one point wouldn’t let us leave the chalet as they were being aggressive at the door (because they had babies with them) - power cuts 4-5x per day (only lasted a few seconds each time, just not convenient) Despite this, the staff were very attentive and kind. Food was ok, area was convenient.

Excellent place for family. Very safe and friendly. Very comfortable villas. And a nice pool. Chanka and Sampath from the restaurant were very friendly and looked after us well Buffet spread could ha e been better not much variety but the food was good. The set menu they offered was very spicy and could ha e been better. Overall we loved our stay and the kids loved it.

Sampath and the team were excellent by giving me and my family an amazing service. Rooms were beautifully kept and extremely comfortable. Which made us feel very welcomes and happy. Overall no complaints whatsoever. Would 100% recommend to a friend or family member.

I recently stayed at Elephant Reach in Yala and had a generally pleasant experience. The front office staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful information about the local area. The service at the resort was consistently good. The staff were attentive and made sure our needs were met without being overbearing. They were professional and courteous, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a commendable job as well. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens provided regularly. The attention to detail in keeping the room tidy was noticeable and appreciated. While there were a few minor hiccups, such as occasional delays in service, overall, Elephant Reach offers a solid experience. The friendly staff and clean accommodations make it a worthwhile choice for anyone visiting Yala.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Elephant Reach Hotel Yala! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. Our chalet was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The pool was a highlight—super clean and perfectly placed to catch the sun. The restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes, catering to all dietary needs. Plus, the hotel's proximity to Yala National Park made it the perfect base for our wildlife adventures. Highly recommended!
