"The Hotel located nearby downtown and opposite turf club, which are quite convenience but not a walking distance to most of the tourist spots, but not too far away if you took a taxi/Grab. Service was great and the check-in/check-out process was quick but is required to pay a fee of RM3 upon check-in which is applicable throughout the state of Perak as informed. Room was assigned on the highest floor, 10th floor and the room was cleaned but could be cleaner, and no bottle of water supplied in the room, but guests could get drinking water though the dispenser near the lift at each floor. Affordable price compares to other hotels within the city with its location, services and amenities. A great place to stay."

"Stayed here and was satisfied. Basement parking with CCTV and a guard for security. Free breakfast provided. There’s a normal water dispenser and a vending machine at the lobby. Staff are quick and friendly. Location is great — many eateries within walking distance. Overall, clean and nice place for the price."

"We stayed at the AC Suite for 4 nights. Below are our comments and opinions. The positive : - Good and central location. Walking distance to the largest mall in Ipoh and plenty of good food places. - Nice, clean lines and modern design. - The suite is very spacious, consisting of a sitting area, bedroom, walk in closet, full bathroom and powder room. - King size bed is good and generally comfortable. I find the pillows too soft, not a negative comment but this is just my preference. The negative : - Checking in and out took longer than expected or necessary. - Room amenities could be much improved such as bathrobes, have a hand towel and soap in the powder room will be nice. - The floor in the room which is timber look-alike vinyl tiles can be kept a bit cleaner, I find it slightly dusty. Otherwise the overall is positive and will recommend this place."

"Dieses Zimmer ist recht klein und der Lobby-Check-in ist auf Ebene 12. Wenn Sie dort eintreten, wird Ihr Autokennzeichen registriert und die Rezeption scannt die Karte und geht hoch auf Ebene 12. Die Warteschlange ist so lang, dass es nur zwei Schalter gibt. Ich liebe das Design ihrer Lobby, es ist ziemlich faszinierend und hübsch. Das Zimmer ist klein und das Kissen hat nur eines. Eine Nacht bleiben, trotzdem ok. Es liegt in der Nähe einer berühmten Straße und viele berühmte Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar."

"It was definately a excellent value for money stay. Strategic location where you can easily access to food for breakfast , lunch and dinner .restaurants, banks, convention centre, pubs, cafes and clinics all within 300m. Next door is a food court. Cystal clear check in instruction. Parking lots are safe as well equipped with CCTV. The room is super clean, dust free surfaces, odourless bathroom and sink.freshness linens with comfy bed and pillow."

"Ich war zum ersten Mal in Ipoh und bin froh, dass ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe. Es liegt sehr praktisch in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Einchecken verlief reibungslos und schnell. Ich freue mich, dass ich schon gegen 9 Uhr statt um 15 Uhr in mein Zimmer einchecken konnte. Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Das Einzige, was nicht stimmt, ist die Toilettentür und die Haupttür ist zu alt und lässt sich nur schwer schließen 😅 Ansonsten ist alles gut 😁 Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr einfach, nichts, worüber man pingelig sein müsste, einfach schön, um den Bauch vollzuschlagen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft, ich werde es auf jeden Fall Freunden empfehlen."

"Das Einchecken war eine Katastrophe. Habe Briefkastennummer und -code bekommen, aber es war kein Schlüssel darin. Habe die zuständige Person kontaktiert. Dann gebeten, es bei einem anderen Briefkasten zu versuchen. Wieder leer. Dann wurde mir gesagt, ich solle hoch zur Wohnung gehen und den Türcode eingeben. Die Wohnung war belegt und überall lagen verstreut Klamotten und persönliche Gegenstände herum. Mir wurde gesagt, wir sollten die Wohnung schnell verlassen. Ging zurück in die Lobby. Habe gewartet und gewartet. Mir wurde eine Eigentumswohnung woanders angeboten, was ich abgelehnt habe. Nach anderthalb Stunden voller Anspannung und Hin- und Her haben sie uns schließlich eine Wohnung gefunden. Nach dem Auschecken haben sie die Dreistigkeit, nach einer guten Bewertung zu fragen! Die Wohnung war jedoch sauber und mit mittelgroßem Kühlschrank, Herd, Besteck und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Also, dieser Teil war in Ordnung."
